I used to love this place… I always have my daughter’s bday party here… When she turned 3, 5 & 6. However, recently we attended a party here & to my surprise the toys, jumper etc are still the same as before. They are dirty & some are already broken. I think if you have a business like this you should make sure you clean & sanitize exerything. Also, make sone changes or buy new toys. Kids get easily tired of the same toys & it is not very safe to see them pkaying with broken toys. I now have a 2 year old boy & looking for a party pkace where he can celebrate hus 3^rd bday. I don’t think I will be considering playsource anymore. Not unless they renovate or make sone changes in their place.

I don’t Unilocal much, but I felt I had to share my experience that I had, with other parents that are looking for a play place for their child to enjoy. I took my toddler here the other day for the first time and it was the worst experience yet. I walked in and saw most of the parents sitting down at the table, chatting in the front. No one seemed to be keeping an eye on their children. Anyway, I took my child in and played with her. Within minutes, two older kids took a ball right out of my toddlers hands and ran off. I understand that kids will be kids, but they were very rude and this place had plenty of balls around the room for the two kids to play with… and of course their parents where nowhere to be found. Maybe it was because two families were screaming at each other up in the front and causing a huge scene. They didn’t seem to care that babies and toddlers were around to witness it. They went back and forth for fifteen — twenty minutes. The person working didn’t take charge, didn’t ask them to leave. Instead, just let the two families continue to fight in front of kids. Meanwhile, my toddler is having issues with kids that are taking toys away from her, hitting her in the face, and smashing her fingers on toys (these kids were old enough to know what they were doing to her). Like I said, no parents to be found while this was happening to my child, so I had to handle the situation myself and talk to these kids. Was VERY upsetting and I felt so badly for my child, whom is only 16 months old. It was a nightmare.
The two families finally ended up leaving on their own but before they left, they decided to start yelling at the man who was working there. After everything was said and done, the man working was pissed and he only seemed to be worried about bad Unilocal reviews. Not once did he come around and apologize to any of the other families for the inconvenience. I will NEVER take my child back here again. Worst nine dollars spent.
Also, the man working, did not walk around to clean the toys or wipe the toys down with disinfectant (saw plenty of babies/​toddlers put toys in their mouth, chewed on the toys, etc.). He only kicked or tossed toys back into corners. Disgusting. Maybe because he was on the phone most of the time.
**Toys are outdated, dirty, and broken. Please do not bother with this place!

Nice staff, clean toys and matt, free WiFi, what else do you want :)
My son goes here twice week

I didn’t want to even give one star but it wouldn’t let me post without. We just had a horrible experience at Play Source. First, the female owner is so rude, and passive aggressive that it was so uncomfortable. Then, there was another parent that was micromanaging every little thing our kids did. I have never gotten a complaint from my child about his behavior. He’s 6, he was just playing, sorry he didn’t want to play with your whiny 2 ½ year old. Then, he threw his glass, yes glass (glass isn’t allowed in these places) at my friends son. And wouldn’t apologize, and tried to blame our kids for it. When he made our kids apologize for basically breathing every 10 minutes we were there. We ended up leaving because it was so uncomfortable and bad experience for the children. I will never go back and have told all my friends to do so as well.

Owners attempt to fix things. Still doesn’t change how things played out but appreciate that she acknowledged it. I hope that she can learn from it.

We just left our friends party. Playsource said their computer systems were down so they didn’t order the food for my friends party. My friend then ordered from Dominos but by the time it got there the party was supposed to be over according to the time allotted by Playsource. The poor kid had the most rushed cake and birthday song I have ever seen and Playsource refused to cut the cake so the guests could eat it. AWFUL! The girl in charge was very unaccommodating and even snippy. In my opinion they should have been doing everything in their power to make it up to my friend and her son to make his birthday special. Instead she was rude and didn’t seem to care! I would highly recommend reconsidering doing a party or even here. AWFUL!

This place is really cute but the lady who owns and operates it is so RUDE I couldn’t even believe it. There is a small area for «non walkers only» and a sign posted saying so. I saw an older child go in there and the lady said to him «CAN YOU READ???» In the most rude tone I have ever heard. I couldn’t believe she would say that to a 5 maybe 6 year old kid. Needless to say we will not be coming back. Also they have a bouncyhouse that my daughter was scared to go in alone (she’s 2) but I wasn’t aloud to go in with her?! Seriously, way too strict. Never again.

It’s an ok place. Visiting from out of town on a hot summer day. I think this place has potential if the owners put some love into it. Like maybe put some toys in the kitchen, some food and such and fix the broken doors. There are a couple pans but not in great condition. The push cars are good and there are a couple that are new. The whole place could use s little maintenance and addition of some toys. Like cars too– there are no toy cars! Maybe I’m spoiled by our place out of state but even my 2 yr old son didn’t seem too excited and was occasionally looking around for something to do.

Took my daughter, who is 3, here for the first time yesterday and we will not be going back for a few reasons. I’m going to list these reasons because I’m too mentally exhausted to write up flowing paragraphs.
1. The toys there are dated.
2. The toys and ride on structures are not well kept. Many are broken or missing handle bars.
3. That place is never cleaned. The toys, ride ons and climbing/​sliding etc… Structures are all super dirty.
4. The train table is nasty.
5. The bounce house has tiny holes all over it. I know this because I went in the damn thing with my clingy child. And then when she wanted to go down the slide attached to it, there’s a huge effing tear in the thing.
6. The cushion mats on the floor are all tearing and frayed and old.
Look, you pay money to this establishment for your child to have a fun experience, play, climb, ride on things, whatever… but you’re paying! Some of that money should be going towards upkeep and maintenance and clearly none of it is. It’s all just being pocketed rather than maintaining the place so it’s clean and working. When I pay for my child to go to a play place, I expect it to be in solid shape and clean. But this is what I get for taking her any place that isn’t Giggles N Hugs I suppose.

I’m a grandma who takes her grandkids out once s week. I love this place, clean, well managed and comfortable. I keep coming back because my grandson loves it here

Took my kids here a couple of times and it was okay. Some mothers here doesn’t really watch their kids they just let them be. Yes I understand that it’s an indoor playground and you’re supposed to let your children be so they can get all of their energy out, AND it’s also a little break time for parents. That’s great and all but some parents take that «little break» literally. They don’t watch their kids!
The day I took my kids here which was our last, 2 mothers who were friends came with their sons. The 2 boys went on and started playing while the 2 mothers just kept chatting away. They must have been talking about something important because they’ve forgotten that they brought their kids with them.
How I came in the picture? One of the boys was making funny faces behind my son’s back (which was okay because that’s what kids do) until that same boy started doing it to my daughter’s face. Now that is not cool with me. My daughter was almost 2 at the time and had no idea what was about to come to her. The damn boy started punching her. My daughter crying, tripped and fell back while the stupid boy was still punching her. I couldn’t pull the boy back away from her because I was stuck with my other son who was sitting in a high chair. All I can do was yell at the kid to stop! The one person that was working there didn’t really see what happened because he was swamped with the other customers who was trying to pay.
Now the «Mother» was surprised and was totally in denial. She didn’t believe her son did it until moments later. The 2 boys who came with the gossiping mothers started fighting in the corner. They were punching each other.
Will never take my children to this place again. Plus the place is a little cramped with the amount of children that goes there and it’s stuffy. Also, they only have one person working in the front all the time.

This place was ok. In my opinion, it was clean enough and there was a lot of toys. My issue with this place isn’t so much the place, as it is the people that go there. This review is catered to parents with toddlers.
I brought my 18 month old here and it was fine, until the older kids and their inattentive parents arrived… chaos ensued.
Balls & toys being lobbed through the air, older kids trying to take my sons toys away, kids breaking rules and not listening to the guy that worked there. While their parents played on their phones, paying NO attention to their misbehaving (shitty) kids. Leaving the disciplining to the guy that worked there.
So if you have an infant/​toddler go when the older kids are in school. That’s my two cents…

We attended a kid’s party here and my daughter loved it! So I decided to and held my daughter’s 2^nd birthday party here. Loved it!
I spoke with Jason a few times over the phone. He was pleasant and answered all questions I had. He sent info via mail, followed up with a phone call on Monday before the party and was very helpful overall.
— Decided with Space Rental: 100 person max $ 399.00
— $ 150 non-​refundable deposit to hold date (balance due in full at conclusion of party)
— Our guest list: 35 adults + 25 children (ages: infant to 10 yrs old)
— Venue provided 2 assistants, 2 large buckets (bring your own ice), 4 large picnic tables with benches on both sides (they had 2 extra fold up tables that day which we used for the food table)
— We provided our own food, drinks, paper goods, decorations, party favors etc. We even brought our wireless speaker which we were able to provide our own music.
Event was a success! Kids had a blast and staff was friendly and helpful in setting up, monitoring the party, packing up, loading the presents in the car and cleaning up. It took a lot of stress off my plate and I got to enjoy the party as well!
Great play areas for children of all age groups! They had slides, a play house, toy cars, balls, jumper, air hockey table, rock climbing, train set table… Both bathrooms were clean and had a changing table and stool for the little ones.
Highly recommend and would love to host another kid’s party here in the future!

I held my son’s birthday parties there for the past 3 years! his 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th birthday parties were amazing!!! he wants to hold his 6^th bday there as well.

I bring my daughter here all the time. She is crazy about this place. So much that every time I have ever had her with me in the shopping center she begs me to take her to Playsource! The place is clean and has a good assortment of activity areas for the kids. An playhouse, bounce house, an area for small kids. Air hokey and plenty of tables for parents to hang out if you’re not the type that likes hover over your kids. My daughter begged me again today so I promised to bring her later this week.

Changing to 2 stars because of the owners attempt to fix things. Still doesn’t change how things played out but appreciate that the owner acknowledged the issues. I hope that she can learn from it.

My kids love Playsource! It’s very clean and spacious! We like it so much that my kids both had their parties booked there and so did my niece! The owner Debbie is awesome, she goes above and beyond to make you happy! First CLASS! Great toys for fine motor and vestibular! Definitely a great place to book your kid’s next party! :)

The kids always have a good time here. however the place is in need of a good revamp. The bouncy, although fun, is loosing a lot of air. The toys, also although fun, are the beat up side. the place smells a bit and it is in need of a good cleaning. I don’t want to deter anyone from going there as the staff is always nice and friendly and the kids love it, but as a parent I would hope that they take this review and decide to clean it up a bit.

The bathrooms are clean and have no odor.
Some reviewer said that the music was inappropriate — I disagree. I heard standard, unoffensive, appropriate music for adults & children at a volume and variety tolerable by adults.

This place is really cute! One of the better play spaces in the valley. A big bounce house with a slide, a huge crawl area, different games and cars to drive and a house with a kitchen! It’s clean, not too busy when I went and the staff is friendly.
The music is a little weird, not what I usually hear. I prefer fun Disney and upbeat children tunes when with a child, but we were listening to The Beatles and some songs I had never heard of. Children wouldn’t notice anything being inappropriate but I did.
And the bathrooms are a little stinky. Yes, I know there are diapers in there but they need to figure out something new so it doesn’t SMELL like stinky diaper.
Other than those things, we have a great time here!
