Founded the same year as ERISA (1974), Polycomp has many years of plan administration and design experience, so you can feel confident in working with someone who has been through all major law changes since the beginning, and has the experience needed to deal with all upcoming legislative changes.

Donna H.

Business Owner

Donna oversees all business operations including the annual budget, ongoing compliance issues and the operation of all long-​range goals. Donna’s leadership has been instrumental in Polycomp’s success and growth as one of the leading, privately-​held, third party administrative firms.

Donna Harmon has been a part of the Polycomp team for over 25 years. She has held numerous positions since beginning her career with Polycomp. She has administered qualified retirement plans, managed our 401(k) department, and later assumed responsibility for our day-​to-​day operations as Director of Operations.

Donna holds Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), and Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) credentials from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Donna graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration through th
