History

Established in 2008.

Prime Financial Services was established to help clients successfully navigate their way through the often complex and overwhelming mortgage financing process. Its founder, Robert Satnick, believes that consumers are entitled to receive complete transparency and clarity throughout the mortgage origination process. A process, that for many clients, is the largest financial decision they will ever encounter.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. Satnick is a seasoned veteran of the thrift and mortgage finance industry. Over the course of his career, Mr. Satnick has held management positions covering all aspects of mortgage finance including sales and marketing, capital markets, loan operations, quality control, warehouse finance and post-​closing. He has also held numerous leadership responsibilities within the industry and is the Immediate-​Past Chairman of the Board for the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA). Mr. Satnick has also taught courses on mortgage finance for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBAA) and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FreddieMac).

Robert received his B.S. degree in Finance and Real Estate from California State University, Northridge and holds an MBA degree from Pepperdine University.
