I reserved a conference room for 8am which was 30 minutes earlier than their opening time of 8:30. We asked if they could come in 15 minutes early so that we could prepare the work area and they refused saying, «we are already making exception we can’t come in earlier.» Though I would never treat a client this way, it is somewhat understandable.
The day of one of the most important client meetings of the year, they do not show up until 8:37, 7 minutes late according to normal hours and 37 minutes late for our agreed upon time. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone.

Buyer beware. After you cancel your account, they still charge you for 3 months. It’s in contract, 90 cancellation policy.

WOODLAND HLS, CA
This place will nickel and dime you to death. If you give a deposit expect not to get that back, they will find every excuse and make up ridiculous fees. On a good note the front desk person Jessica is the nicest person, the manager Karen is also nice but a bit pretentious, she will only get back to you when she needs you to pay for something.
