If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in to tour the community as I am currently searching for an apartment home, and the experience was horrible. The tour was given by Aaron Trujillo of the leasing office. He asked when my move in date was and I could tell that he did not like that it wasn’t for another two months. I told him I was comparing all the communities in the area so i could make my final decision. He showed me a model unit, but really did not show any enthusiasm to give me the tour. It felt like he really did not even want to be helping me. I had trouble opening the door to the balcony and as I struggled he stood there and watched me try to jiggle the door for a few minutes and not once did he offer to help. I pretty much had to ask him to show me things like the pool, the fitness center, the outdoor kitchen. He was either too lazy to give me a complete tour or really just did not have any interest in helping me. Way to go Aaron you just drove a potential customer away. I definitely will not be renting from this place.

Residents pay a lot of money to live here. Yet the pool bathrooms are always locked, the bbq grills are broken and dilapidated. The garage floor is filthy and there are spiderwebs in all the light fixtures in the hallways.

Worst living experience ever. Good luck getting any deposit back. I just moved out they charge a $ 500 deposit. When I found out how much $ I was getting back I was shocked. Cleaned my whole apt and even used their paint to fix any scratches or lack there of so I wouldn’t be charged. I was beyond shocked to find that apartment cleaning is over $ 250. And carpet cleaning another $ 100. I left this place as I came into it. I tried calling management about this issue and haven’t heard back. (I moved over a month ago)
The parking lot is absurd. Feels like the 405 every time I enter. People race up and down the garage. No cameras in the lot no patrol. I can count 10+ times I was almost hit.

Let me tell you, we had the larger one bedroom unit which had the lager living and dining room in the complex even, it had a specious study room which we loved to have these options. Plus the price was perfect that beat almost all apartments around the area with price and SQF. Besides that, the unit was in the worst place of building which is next to the street which is access to 5 floor parking and close to the parking which caused us to have some complain. But let’s be realistic, you cannot get everything you want (huge rooms, clean, nice design, washer and dryer, and low price) and do not accept little bit problem as well. In general we were happy with reveal apartment. Yes, we had some problems and complains, but who does not? Any complex apartment you go there are some problems that we do not like, but point is if you care about place you live, you would try to fix it. That was what I did, and reveal team (front desk, security guard and manager) fixed the issue.
Last thing is, I have been with some neighbors from other apartments around reveal, and funny part was they were complain about their apartment and wish to be in the reveal apartments. I mean look at big picture, nobody is perfect, and it is your responsibility to ask, observe and investigate the place you are going to leave. Like I did, so I knew where I am going to live.

This is by far the best apartment interior this side of the block as compared to other luxury apartments. True to their catching slogan «mind blowing interiors» — the contemporary and sleek design blew my mind, one of the reasons why I decided to move here.
However, as always and anywhere we cannot control other tenants living here. Seems like there are a few tenants who do not care at all in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the property.
A few tenants leave their bags of trash everywhere– staircases, fire exits, hallways, and parking structure. I informed the staff about this issue 3 days ago, but the trash, initially one bag now multiplied into 2 and were still left untouched by the maintenance staff which is a bit disappointing.

To my fellow tenants, I urge you to please be mindful of the cleanliness and orderliness of the property. We are living in a supposedly luxury apartment building and not a ghetto place. There are trash chutes situated on each floors. So please let us do our share in making this property a better, clean, and safe place to go home to.

If you are reading other reviews then you have been already warned about many problems this place has. One more thing you should know is that you wont get back any of your security deposit money.

Before I even saw a room I knew this wasn’t the place for me. I hadn’t walked more than 2 feet onto the property and I almost step in a heap of dog shit just lying out by the entrance on the pavement next to the leasing office. Both I and the person showing me around were speechless. I was informed that it was rare. It didn’t take long for me to learn, that was a lie. We turn a corner to look at the pool and I stepped in a puddle of dog piss with a pile of yet again… Dog shit. Just hanging out in the sun. I couldn’t believe how many cigarettes there were around the pool and even in the elevator. One of the first things I was told is that it was a non-​smoking community, but everybody smokes on their patios and the way the architecture is set up, the smoke would linger for what felt like ever. In one of the stair wells, there was a Target shopping cart. Super ghetto white trash. So over all, I give this place a one star rating. 90% of the stuff was cheap and falling apart. The doorbells were a good giveaway. I had the privilege of wasting more time and seeing one of the units. There was a solid wall of stale cigarette smoke, and cat piss in the air. It may have been human piss, I didn’t question it. I’d have to say that this place wants to be like a Bel Air condo unit, but isn’t more than one step up from ghetto. Everything is ghetto.

Great apartments/​floor plans, maintenance and security staff. Everything else about the apartment complex is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially families. The two dog parks are constantly covered with poop because residents don’t clean up after their dogs and they are never cleaned. There is constantly shattered glass outside of the dog parks because dumpsters are right in front of the entrance. There is also no need to buy parking passes because cars without permits are never towed, and nothing is ever done to manage residents who drive recklessly through the garage. Management seems to think that posting memos on residents’ doors every 3 months and doing nothing else will somehow enforce apartment rules, when it instead reinforces terrible behavior and creates a horrible living environment. Needless to say I will be moving when my lease expires.

Over all well rounded property, well kept & beautiful interiors. new building so energy efficient everything… The only thing missing is a basketball court !!! ps Alex is really helpfull

The security employee of this building is very abusive, although it is a luxury Apartment and the management is doing a good job to maintain the building, the security is very hostile toward tenants. There are plenty good buildings in the area with the same amenities and comfort that you can choose.

Things have gotten a lot better here. I haven’t had issues with the keys again. It is much cleaner in the hallways now. I haven’t noticed trash in the hallways. However, parking is still horrible. There is someone monitoring the gate every once in a while, but at night, when parking is hardest to find, no one is there. I sat in my car and watched 3 people who do not have parking permits park right next to me. I still don’t understand why they don’t assign parking spaces.

ROBBED/​Break & Enter with a Crowbar through my front door in hallway at the REVEAL at 2pm. Where was security that this building boasts about and the camera’s to identify?
PAY attention to the name: REVEAL.
One security guard per shift for the ENTIRE complex!!! No cameras in hallways.
I believe the staff are trained to say this doesn’t happen but when the police arrived they stated they were regulars at this building — that it happened there often — especially in parking structure.
**And when I stated to the property manager that I felt «emotionally raped» she told me not to use that word — I had only lost material possessions and that I should never say the word raped! Really?
Sorry — I felt raped.
Other than Jake and Mel — STAFF AT THIS COMPLEX ARE RUDE!!!
They forced me to pay an extra month for the «breaking of the lease’ and since I was TERRIFIED to stay there a second longer it cost me $ 4000.00 to GET OUT!
DO NOT assume you are safe in this complex!!!
Nor did the property manager issue any notices to tenants to notify them of the break-​in and give them the opportunity to become AWARE.
BEWARE: I was robbed of all my belongings within 45 minutes (while I went to grocery store) in the middle of the day through the front door in the hallway with a crowbar where they literally tore apart the casing around the deadbolt.
In looking back, for some strange reason, the weeks prior to my break-​in, I noticed the newly added security patrollng my hallway a lot more heavily, I noticed the security in the gym when I was in gym, I noticed security in garage when I left… even some of the other tenants in my buidling felt they had beefed up security… why then… how then… could I possibly have had my apartment torn up, everything stolen, my door ripped apart in a matter of 45 minutes while I stepped out to get vegetables for dinner?
Clearly, this break-​in should have happened while SECURITY was sound asleep on the rooftop at night –as I have seen them on many nights– NOT in the middle of the afternoon as they did laps around building #2.
Post your experience — it may save another trusting tenant.

We absolutely loved the look of the interiors — hard wood floors, vaulted ceilings, etc — and they allow large dogs so that is why we chose to live here, despite some of the negative reviews. And now, we know that we made a terrible decision!
Dog Parks: The residents here are absolutely terrible and do not clean up their dog poop in the parks. We loved that there were parks here for our pup but he can barely run around because there is poop EVERYWHERE and the apartment says it is not their responsibility to clean since they provide bags.
Parking Garage: We pay for an additional spot (which we will be cancelling) because about 50% of the cars in the garage don’t have a parking pass which means that they don’t live here or aren’t paying. People park in our paid spot all of the time and «security» says that they are «not allowed to tow cars.»
«Security»: There really isn’t any security here. They pretty much just sleep in their cars and smoke weed on the top level of the parking garage. And when we’ve called for anything in the past, their response is usually that «they can’t do anything about it.»
Staff: The maintenance staff here is AMAZING! I wish I could give them 5 stars alone because they are the only staff that is friendly and just amazing at what they do! The manager and office staff is terrible though! The manager accused me of «stealing a parking pass» because when I went in to add it to their lease, they forgot to charge us on their end.” Somehow I got yelled out because it was my fault. Whenever we have a maintenance request, we have to call multiple times to re-​submit the request because they just never add it to the list. Not sure what they do all day?
Break-​Ins: About a month ago, there was a huge drug bust (or what looked like one since there were sniffing dogs, undercover cops, and marked cops all over our hall for hours and two residents arrested across from us). The management team and «security» somehow never heard about the instance. And then last week, there was a break-​in in the middle of the day with a crow bar so we asked, for our security, so get an additional lock or cover on our door. Our appointment was scheduled for last Friday morning — and they didn’t show up. We’ve now called and spoken to management 4 times and were told they would call us first thing today. Still haven’t received that call back.
Overall, this is just a terrible place to live. Terrible management, terrible staff, and the worst residents I’ve ever lived by. Although, we have met a couple of great ones! So if all you care about are the interiors, then this place is perfect! Because we absolutely LOVE our apartment interiors! But other than that, we’ve experience nothing but negatives living here.

I still live here and while my move-​in wasn’t smooth. the leasing office is a lot better now and I haven’t had any problems since.

The management at this place is not great. I went a week without hot water because of their incompetence and got sick because of it. The front office signed for mail that should have been delivered to my door and when I called to see if they had my package they said they didnt. I had to walk down there and point it out to them and they said «oh that box». Not reccomrecommended

Ok so things have gotten dramatically better, which is why I’ve resigned my lease for a second year.
I am definitely getting what I’m paying for here. It’s quiet (at least the building I’m in). I feel comfortable, the staff are friendly, very happy with my unit.
Still of course there will be flaws that can’t always be fixed, which is understandable… thus I’ll still give this place 5 stars. The flaws: the fire alarms in every unit are hypersensitive– make sure you open your door and window as will as have the air condition on while you’re cooking. Another flaw, the parking structure. it’s terribly built and people want to drive fast, cut corners, I’ve almost gotten hit a few times… I wish my neighbors were more careful while driving in the structure… oh well. Only way to avoid this is to park on the first floor or on the street!

To update my post, the wife and I moved out in March and had no problems with anything. We got almost our whole deposit back. Scheduling the walk through with Kevin was a bit of an issue, but that was just schedule conflict problems. Though we didn’t want to leave, the price increase for our place without the concession deal was just too much, but I can tell pricing is competitive with the area.
Overall, we really loved living here. The problems in other reviews are generally things that, if we experienced them (see prior review) we chalked them up to being outside the actual building’s control. In places like this, there are rude people who don’t care that other people live around them, but those same people are everywhere. Best not hold a building/​management company accountable for things they can’t control. Also, Kami is the BEST leasing agent ever, we will miss her the most!

Save your money, your time, and your sanity.
I happened to get locked out of my apartment and called the after-​hours phone number, thinking they would be able to assist me. Usually apartments like these offer maintenance to come and let you into your home. This was most certainly not the case. I called twice. Twice because I seriously did not believe they would not be able to help me.
The first time I called they informed me that I would have to call another number to get more information (first mistake, customer service should ALWAYS transfer you), after I called the second number, to my surprise I found out it was a locksmith service and it would be $ 80 to unlock the door.
I called again, upset of course, asked to speak to their supervisor. She informed me that they received orders from someone on site, so I asked her to give me their phone number so I could speak to them. I was told that would not be possible. I told her again, that all I wanted was for my door to be opened. I had the spare keys inside. The lady told me they didn’t have authority to send anyone down to the apartment, and that they were just an answering service. So my question then was, why are you open? (To trick potential-​leasers, I assume). I asked if I decided to call their locksmith, if they would reimburse me, and she said no. That it’s my fault and my issue and there’s nothing the office can do. Any other apartment complex has keys and are willing to open your apartment. Without charging a ridiculous fee.
We got in contact with a maintenance worker who informed us that he did not live on site and could not help us either.
We called the security patrol man and he told us he had no access to the keys.
So we called another locksmith to get the door opened, but through all that hassle, and what we pay for rent, you would expect someone to be there in cases like these. Unbelievable.
Save your trouble and do not rent from here. 8 more months until our lease is up, and we are OUT!

It’s 1:15 am & yet another «feature»: Semis delivering to the business next door.
Last time it was 1:45 & they kept the cooling mechanism (presumably for food delivery) on ALL night.
