Dr White was wonderful, and I was very happy with her and her staff!

Doctors office sent my blood work to a lab that is not covered by my insurance resulting in an out of pocket charge that would have otherwise been $ 0. I asked the office to send to my in-​network lab but clearly there was some kind of mix up. Since the office will not make good on their mistake I will be seeing a new doctor that can send my lab work to the right place.

I first discovered Dr. White about 30 years ago when she first set up practice in the building where I worked. I’ll never forget our first meeting when she promptly came into the exam room, greeted me warmly, sat down, curled her legs up under her and we proceeded to chat… about my life, diet, exercise habits, previous health issues, etc. This was so different from my previous experiences with doctors. I knew I had found a keeper and she’s my internist to this day. She never rushes you, but addresses every concern with honesty and straightforwardness. I actually look forward to my annual physicals because seeing her has become as comfortable as meeting up with an old friend. Dr. White exemplifies what a family physician should be. She is truly caring and dedicated to helping others.

I am so very impressed with Dr. White. After our other doctor retired, we were fortunate enough to find Dr. White. She is totally amazing! She spends an extensive amount of time with you and answers any and all questions you have. She does her best to make you feel comfortable… because let’s face it… none of us look forward to seeing a doctor… I just wish we would have found Dr. White sooner! Love, love, love this Doctor. I really have no negatives to report. Could not ask for a more compassionate doctor!

She was super sweet and very knowledgeable. She actually took time to listen to all my question. I would definitely recommend her. I was in and out pretty fast too which I appreciate.

I chose Dr. White when I first moved to the area 5 years ago. I have always found her to be personable and engaging. She has always answered all my questions, and listened to my concerns. I made the mistake of changing my insurance to an HMO last year, and couldn’t go see her. Believe me, as soon as I switched back this year, I was back in Dr. White’s office.

Dr. White is such a good, caring doctor. Makes you feel very comfortable. I needed a last minute appointment and other doctors said 3 weeks, I call her office.. SAME DAY! Everyone one in the office is sweet.

We love Dr. White… Both of my daughters who are in their early twenties and I visit Dr. White regularly. She tends to spend time with you so you understand your health issues.

Dr. White is a wonderful doctor. She is a general practitioner and has helped both me and my husband with all kinds of common ailments — bladder infection, sore throat, fever, and general sickness of all kinds, etc. She always treats my problems with concern and kindness. She fits me into her schedule as soon as possible. She calls immediately if test results are abnormal. She takes care of prescriptions and refills. Her office is well organized. The staff is kind. She makes every effort to take care of her patients. Five stars. No, on second thought, ten.

I have no idea what the person who wrote that scathing review about Dr. White was thinking, but Dr. White is the most caring, honest, and sweetest doctor I have ever had. I came in as a new patient and Dr. White treated me like I was her own daughter. She spent a lot of time answering all of my questions, was conscientous, and really took care of me. Plus, she is extremely intelligent. I took a look around her office and her academic track record is outstanding: a BS from NYU, and MD from UCLA (and, she was the chief intern there as well). I would highly recommend her!

Came into Dr Ruth’s office for general check up and some tests needed for school. My wait time was reasonable and I loved Dr. White! She took the time to introduce herself and made a wonderful impression. She was excellent at answering my questions and addressing the concerns I had. Two days later, Dr. White called me personally to tell me that my tests were normal and to call her with any questions. It was INCREDIBLE to get a call from the actual doctor! Overall, great experience and I have finally found my primary care doctor!

Follow-​up to this awful appointment. Dr. White’s office lost all my blood work!!! I was pricked and prodded for nothing. However, I was still billed for blood work that was never processed. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and get a new doctor. This office is clearly not worth the time or headache.
