This is a nice Starbucks but check your receipt before you leave. It Seems that they are taking advantage that people don’t want receipts. I ordered 2 drinks and paid for three.

This store is great. Most customers here are nice but the staff had to deal with some pretty nasty ones too… And whoever parks their cars across the loading zone blocking the handicapped spaces with their Bentleys should be getting a ticket! That’s so rude! My drinks are always made right at this location and the line moves fast!

85% of the staff at this location is so rude — I don’t even know why I come here — they ruin my day!

Honestly the worst customer service ever the guy behind the register was so rude, and let’s not even mention the barista she made my drink wrong and when I told her that’s not what I order she got all mad like Hello is not my problem never coming here again.

This starbucks sucks! No greeting. Even though i said good morning. No hello. No receipt. I needed a receipt and he failed to tell me that he can’t give me one prior to ringing me up! Crap.

So I went there tonight to grab two turkey pesto sandwiches for my kids as my kids were running from activity to activity. The young women behind the register was rude and unhelpful and her hair was a disaster and she had zero customer service. I ended up at the Starbucks at Platt Village and while they also didn’t have the sandwiches they were nice enough to help me and found other items. The staff at the Platt location was clean and happy for my business.

This is a pretty mellow location. It is located in a mini mall just off the 101 freeway. It can get pretty busy here ranging from kids to older folk. The baristas are pretty chatty but they get the job done. Seating inside and out in case you wanted to stick around. Plenty of parking all around if you think that may be an issue. Staff is pretty personable. Drinks are made pretty quickly. Compared to other Starbucks I have been to

I haven’t written a review about this Starbucks in a while so I’ve been totally slacking! This is such a great Starbucks. They know how to get the line moving and get our drinks perfect and delicious. The baristas are super friendly and kudos to them for having patience of angels.

Please don’t mistake this location with the one at the Commons. Every employee at this location is great except for Rachel! Wow what a shady unprofessional barista! She INTENTIONALLYIGNORES my drink especially when I do mobile order. She knows it is mine(they all do) and will not give it to me until I ask or another barista does! She should be fired! Furthermore, she makes the drinks half ass as she is busy chatting up other customers. FAIL!!! The 2 stars are for her Not the place overall!

Don’t know why I uneven come to this starbucks location anymore!!! These are the most unfriendly baristas and they have NOCLUE how to make a drink. I order the exact same drink at every Starbucks I frequent and this one every employee needs to be retrained on how to make a simple Chai Latte NOFOAMNOWATER. It is not a difficult drink but they definitely find a way to make it one. Hopefully one day the GM of this location or the district manager will read my post and actually do something to retrain these employees on customer service and how to make drinks properly

I didn’t even want to give this Starbucks a Star because they don’t deserve it. Grossed out by the bathroom pee all over the floor and I came out and told the manager and she didn’t even say anything. All I can say is Lazy and it’s just dirty inside the trash was flowing over. Totally grossed out and I stood there for about 5 minutes to order my drink while two other baristas just stood there chit chatting. Corporate will be getting a call. Get it together girls

Here’s a list of things this particular Starbucks could improve upon. 1) There is CONSTANT a group of employees that come here to hang out when they are not working. They’re fairly obnoxious, taking up several seats at the bar so they can talk to their friends. This wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t basically yelling most of the time. 2) Several of the regulars use this location as an tutoring service for young children. The children are actually pretty well behaved, but the tutors(or maybe they are nannies) are atrocious. 3) They recently moved the big table to the other side of the café AWAY from the power outlet. Now the small tables cover up the power outlets on the floor and make it impossible to use. 4) The clientele here is obnoxious. There’s nothing that the management can really do about this, but this place is CONSTANTLY flooded with entitled high school students that have no concept of being respectful of people that are trying to actually get work done. Also, people are constantly parking their BMW’s and Lexuses in the«no parking» area in front. I wish the management would have these cars towed as they are creating an obstacle for other drivers and cars that need the handicapped spaces.

This Starbucks i’ve noticed is failry quick amongst others. Closest one to my home and orders are always spot on. Smaller compared to other closer locations.

Loving extra strong and extra hot coffee. Mmmmm good to the last drop. The employees are great, fast working to get your order up. If there is a problem they will fix it in a heartbeat. I love how u crowded this place is. I will be coming back and back and back. :-)

This wasn’t the first time here with problems. Today I asked for 5 drinks and food. When I asked for sugar, the barista told me: «we ran out of sugar this morning. Use Splenda» My daughter asked for a bagel with cream cheese. They gave us butter instead. Not coming back in the near future.

The employees at this location have given terrible service on more than one occasion. I just waited in line for 5 minutes — there wasn’t a single other person in line, the employees just walked back and forth behind the counter without even as much as a «hi, we’ll be right with you.» Then, without even making eye contact, she finally took my order while doing something else — totally understandable if you’re busy and have to multitask, but again there was nobody else there. And they were out of what I asked for and she got my order wrong… Several minutes later, the barista just set my coffee on the counter. Didn’t read my name(they never even asked for it), my order, nothing. Yes, I was the only person there, but how was I supposed to know you got my coffee right(they didn’t). Starbucks is pretty standard, I don’t expect much. But these employees are rude, inefficient, and overall just give terrible service.
