I’m giving this place two stars because of dine in experience. the food is always well prepared here so that’s not a worry but the fact that it took 10 minutes to take my order with no one in the building is a little ridiculous .
The manager is talking in the back, seeing me say hello and wave my hand yet not come take my order. Another issue is true fact the register wasn’t able to take orders and that took another 5 minutes because the manager wasn’t done talking to someone .
Honestly, I’m not a picky guy, not a guy that needs hat much pleasing, but the fact is this is the third time dining in with the issues of employees busy doing something else. Two stars due to that reason. 5 stars definitely for the food as that is not a worry.
I definitely suggest drive thru. Save your time.

Worst Taco Bell. Cheese is never melted, they never give you extra cheese when you pay for it, they always mess up your order and if they don’t feel like making something difficult they’ll just give something that sounds the similar to what you asked for. Horrible customer service! Your job is so simple, you’re getting paid $ 10 an hour for Cali minimum wage, the least you can do is get it right.

I love this Taco Bell. It’s not always packed like the other locations and the drive thru is pretty fast. The interior still has the old Taco Bell look which I love and reminds me of my childhood. The employees are really friendly and have never messed up my order once in the millions of times I’ve been here. Great place for late night!

So I usually go here for work I’m pregnant so I’m always crazing sour cream. Advised them to add sour cream to my burrito and when I got home no sour cream that I paid for /:

Taco Bell is great but the freeze machine is never working at this location and it is most people’s favorite thing on the menu. Needs to be fixed.

Taco bell is known nationwide, therefore there’s need to comment on the food.
However, I would like to review the service I received at this location. I drove through for a quick snack before heading out to a friend’s house today. When I arrived, there were no customers in the drive-​thru line, at the window or inside the actual restaurant. Surprisingly, we were waiting awkwardly to place an order for about 8 minutes. I asked a few times if the associate was ready, and he would continue to tell me to hold. After I was tired of waiting I decided to drive away and go to the other nearest drive thru.
Bad service.

We go to this Taco Bell all the time! The employees are always very professional and courteous. Also, Gabi who works there is so sweet. Always has a smile on her face.
Keep up the good work!

Quick service! Never too busy and the workers are decent. I haven’t been inside but I never have the chance to since this is in the way home. I’m never disappointed with the food because it always seems cooked on the spot. Definitely helps that it is down the street

I stopped here when I was traveling and really liked the Dorito tacos. I am from the East coast and was surprised about the use of fresh cilantro in the tacos, which I really liked. The chicken bowls looked decent so ill have to try that next time

Clbai said Rosario told her that I ask for too much sauce and that I have to be charged for sauce now. They are changing their policy for me. Now they talk about me because I literally come there everyday. I am such a good customer that I come there so often that they are changing a policy just to hurt me as a customer even though I am I such a good customer. So I asked clbia, «so, your manager told you that they don’t want my business?» And she replied, «yes». Ok Taco Bell. No more business from an everyday customer that spends more than $ 5 every time I come. I’ll take my business elsewhere since you don’t want it. If Taco Bell decides to change its mind, please let me know.

They have been out of Strawberry Starburst drink for the past 2 times I’ve been here. The only reason I came there was for that so not too happy

I’ve been going to Taco Bell for years and have yet to come across a location that I didn’t like. With that being said, this particular one deserves some major praise.
Let’s start with the food: it always tastes fresh, is cooked thoroughly, is very flavorful, and they don’t skimp on portions. (An added plus — I’ve been coming here for roughly two years and my order hasn’t been wrong once.)
The location itself is clean, both inside and out, has decent parking with an easily accessible drive thru.
The employees are friendly, but one employee in particular deserves some serious recognition: Michael. He is BY FAR the most courteous, helpful, and polite fast food worker I have ever come across. He always has a smile on and goes above and beyond for his customers. I love walking in and seeing him behind the counter because I know I’m going to receive wonderful service from an employee who seems to genuinely care about his patrons. He is the epitome of what excellent customer service should be.
Overall, a great location. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

I know it is just tacos, but I love this place. I always just get the bean burrito with extra sauce, and grilled. Perfect every time, and they never complain about grilling it. Nice local cheap place to eat.

This Taco Bell has incredible Service and their tacos and burritos are always meaty and delicious.

Taco Bell… one of my favorite fast food places they’ve got all the good stuff! ha ha their zesty chicken bowl… fantastic! their bean burritos. out of this world! … omg! theyre the best burritos in taco bell! Also, their seven layer crunchwrap is the best!‘t help it. Beans beans beans. Side of beans that is.

I’ve been coming to this taco Bell for years. It’s a really clean off of Mulholland and it seems like they never mess up any orders but the drive thru takes a long time sometimes at night. In my opinion the better of the taco bells

Now, I never do reviews of franchises as they should be on par with other running franchises in terms of brand, customer perception, and quality. But this Taco Bell, out of all the other Taco Bells in the near neighborhoods, beats everyone of them by a mile.
–WHAT SHOULD I ORDER–
1) Well, its Taco Bell, so I don’t think I need to tell you what to order. Order your originals?
2) If you are still reading this, then get the Doritos Los Tacos.
–HOW IS THE SERVICE–
This is why this place has 5 stars. Its not because its open late till 2AM, its not because its cheap. The place gets 5 stars because 1) the quality is very high for a fast food restaurant, 2) the service is fast and finally 3) the food is delivered hot and not made before the customer orders the product.
–WHAT IS THE PRICE–
Expect each person to pay about 5 $ — 9 $ at the end of the bill.
Source: I been here since 2004 throughout various times throughout the day. Most often, I am here at 1AM with the guys.

I made an order, and the girl working the drive-​thru told me I could get a combo that had exactly what I wanted (plus chips) for about 25¢ less. Now that’s good service!
The food is the same as at any Taco Bell, and the service was quick.
