My husband and I use to hand out here before I had my baby. What 16 months can do! The girls that took my order today were totally rude, especially home girl with the arm tattoos. I was looking for Apple juice for my baby and before I finished asking if they had any, girl with tattoos was already running her mouth! Girl at register was pretty smart mouthy too. Luckily I found it before they can keep going and I could finish my question. Hopefully they get a better team here once again !

This is the best coffee bean in town, The staff is super friendly Specially Annel and Denise they get your morning going with the right attitude and a friendly face. They truly keep A lot of customers coming back they should be on Monday through Friday… I would give six stars just for those two girls if I could…
This is one of my favorite Coffee Beans to go to when I need to get work done or want to meet with a friend. It goes without saying that the drinks are amazing… But that’s at any Coffee Bean you go to. What sets this one apart in my opinion is that there is ample seating(both indoors and outdoors) and parking is never an issue. I also love the wide glass windows that look towards the patio… It lets in such nice natural light. The store is clean, the service is great, and there’s a diverse crowd of people who come. I just wish this store was open past 9:30 on weekdays.

I don’t like the girls that work at this coffee bean. They’re mean. I feel like they acted as if they were doing me a favor by taking my order and making my drink. And the manager who works here is just plain rude. He shouldn’t work there anymore. He will go out of his way to embarrass his co workers. No wonder why the girls who work here don’t like their job. I will purposely go to the coffee bean on Ventura and Reseda just to avoid rude customer service. I ordered and paid for a shot of espresso in my pumpkin spice frap and they didn’t give me not one shot. It tasted so bleh. The manager never has a smile on his face and always has a stick up his butt. Sad because customer service is key when it comes to working at a coffee shop. It’s a nice coffee bean. But I prefer going to another one where customer service is always great!

Coffee is great, if you want something different they have some good teas and the white chocolate mocha is yum Lots of chairs indoors and they have an outdoor fire pit with lots of seating for the patio. I went in the morning around 815am and the wait was only about 5 minutes if that

My favorite coffee shop. I love this coffee bean especially. The staff is always super nice they all make the drinks great and there are plenty of seats and tables. Plus the outdoor fire place is great. If you purchase a $ 30 gift card you get a free drink. Pretty worth it if you are a frequent coffee bean go-er

One of my favorites. High quality, friendly staff that is knowledgable about what is in their products and always welcoming. I have never been disappointed in anything I have ordered and the majority of the time it exceeds my expectations. My favorites are the ice green tea and the no sugar added chai latte. If you are near one give them a try you won’t regret it.

I had to change my review. Unfortunately the last 3 times I’ve been here… it has sucked! I get a simple white chocolate latte and every time I go, my drink taste like crap. It’s very bitter and hard to drink. The last time I had the girl remake it and it came back worse than the 1st drink. I never ever have anything remade. I don’t want to be that person, but when I’m paying $ 5 bucks for a coffee that I can’t wait to drink in the mornings only to be disappointed and I have the woman roll her eyes at me because I’m unhappy with the drink, well you can bet I’m going to write a bad review. Luckily there are two other locations close to me who make my drink perfect every time!

I am a usual customer of the coffee bean and tea leaf, I come here almost everyday. I enjoy the outdoor seating more than the indoor. The employees are all nice except the shift supervisor is very rude and always has an attitude when I go there.

Came here on a Wednesday night, it was chilly outside and it’s was so nice to have a medium latte sitting by the outdoor fireplace while watching the cars drive by.

By far my favorite coffee chain! This is a cute space, larger than most. Service is excellent every time, friendly and fast. My favorite is the ultimate mocha with chocolate covered espresso beans, too good! They also have great specials and new seasonal flavors I love, prices are average but the taste can just not be beat!

Tons and tons(and tons) of chairs, with 4 comfy leather ones and a fire-lit pit outside. It’s long and narrow making it a window-haven. I like the feeling here. It starts with a warm welcome. Upon arrival, a «Good morning» goes a long way(take note Starbucks around the corner, you robotic service people, you!). The singular display of goodies and drinks is sufficient for my personal needs. 1. Speaking of an improvement over«The Buck», they have a toaster. No more bagels from the case. 2. Great for people watching. Just enough of a distraction to still be productive for school or work. 3. Internet was not a problem, but a wee bit slow. 4. Parking. No a problem. Metered street parking(why?), and a free, shared lot. 5. What I didn’t like was being told«No picture here. They must go thru corporate». Really? Done anyway.

I don’t think I have ever received bad customer service here or at any Coffee Bean. I am as loyal as they get, although I wish they’d have a rewards system because I’d be cashing in like crazy – but that’s not a real issue. I do love their tea lattes and ice mocha with soy no whip. Little FYI-If you get a $ 25 dollar gift card they give you a free drink(ANY drink, ANY size). If your a regular or become a regular they will greet you by your name. :)
