Omg. From the minute My wife and I walked through the door we were exposed to the amazing customer service and friendly environment. The community is beautiful and clean. Close to everything. Customer service is everything to my wife and I. AWESOME!

The manger Christina was pleasant… smiling …helping me all the time
Also the maintenance were great Ramon was helping a lot too
We had to move because we bought a new home… I will always remember those beautiful days there

I would like to say that living at The Pointe at Warner Center has been a wonderful experience… Being close to shopping, restaurants, transportation, and everything you could imagine in a beautiful area. The apartments are lovely, very homey, with the nicest of neighbors, and an outstanding manager, Christina, and fantastic maintenance crew, Ramon and Eddie. Due to their constant professionalism, dedication, and sincere caring for all residents, my experience has been beyond a most pleasant one making The Pointe an extraordinary apartment community to feel proud to call home.

Living at the Pointe has been such a blessing. I chose The Pointe because I had heard it’s one of the best place to live in Woodland Hills. It’s a great location. It’s walking distance to quick food spots, dining out, movies, fitness, subway. They recently renovated the pool area and the gym. This has been a great year here for me and my roommate! The new manager, Kandi, is friendly and very funny. She’s been extremely and consistently helpful and gracious to me and my roommate at every turn. She’s been so accommodating and patient when we’ve asked things of her that go above and beyond the call of duty. She always takes the time to sit down with us, regardless of her busy schedule. Her door is always open and never once has she rushed us out.
She always provides a solution to a concern or issue and a quick response to any maintenance requests. There have been times when we’ve come in right as she’s closing the office, and she still let’s us in and provides the assistance we need. We just concluded a year at The Pointe and Kandi has consistently been a blessing to us. Angela also works in the leasing office and is really, really sweet and helpful. I’ve lived under my share of landlords and apartment managers and this is by far my best experience ever! Both Kandi and Angela are professional but very friendly and approachable. That is extremely important to me because my home has to be a place where I want to live on every level. Thanks Kandi and Angela!

This building has had a bed bug problem for the past two months and management has not properly taken care of the problem and continues to not properly take care of the problem. Another unit just got infested this week. Management continues to just spray surrounding units instead of heat treating all infected and surrounding units to stop the problem. Management does not offer any compensation for all the trouble, they just allow you to break your lease without penalty so you can move and they don’t have to deal with you. There is also a unit with a mold problem that keeps occurring and tenant was forced to live in his living room for a month with minimal compensation. There Is also a major cockroach problem on the grounds (stairways, balconies, hallways). Management is friendly until you come to them with a problem and then you get a «we don’t really care» attitude. When you come to the manager with a problem she directs you to talk to the assistant manager who is ignorant, rude, and her attitude shows she could care less. Do not move here!

Have to agree with some prior comments on the management change. Previous manager was very available and brought a sense of community to the complex. Maintenance was always onsite, and floors were disinfected daily (would always see someone mopping the hallways everyday for example). Now, rarely see anyone. Additionally, seems as though office hours are very sporadic. Frankly, I have never seen an office that is more closed than open — even on the weekend when most new prospective tenants want tours! I would say if you are desperate, this might be an option. If not, look elsewhere.

I have been living here for some time now and I hate to say it but this place has lost it. The management change has lead to the community feeling being gone. The staff in the leasing office is as cold as ice and as rude as can be. Now the imperfections that used to be ignored due to the great sense of community are coming to light. Greystar, the management company, needs to heavily invest is customer service training courses along with better recruiting for staffing.

I lived here in 2012 for six months. At first, it was a lovely experience. Big apartment, great two bedroom. I did have some problems with our move-​in and had them credit us as they had not cleaned our apartment when we had moved in.
Please note, the utility bills (electric and gas) are going to be very high here. On average, we spent $ 150+ per month. It’s not energy efficient.
Also, be wary of some of the neighbors. There are some pretty unsavory ones that are frankly quite ghetto. One time a man showed up at a girl’s door and starting banging and had an out and out fight. I seriously thought someone would call the police, but didn’t. Also, they say it’s smoke free, but it’s not. The neighbor below me puffed like a chimney outside and it effected us to the point to move.
I’d try Triana or Bella Vista before I moved by here. There are also a lot more new builds in the area worth this money.

I have been a resident of The Pointe for 3 years. The manager, Sarra Tsiatsos, is amazing. She really takes pride in the community and residents. The leasing lobby always looks nice with fresh flowers, candles burning and fresh baked cookies. She is very warm, friendly and professional. She is very caring and on top of everything. The maintenance staff has always serviced my requests the same day and are always friendly and professional. They are always working to keep the community grounds looking great. The amenities are always clean and smelling great. Even the trash chute rooms smell great! The Pointe is a boutique style community and that is one of the reasons we chose to live here. It is one of the smaller, luxury communities that is tranquil and quiet. Great Job to the staff!!!

Let me first say, I don’t live here. The reason for my review is because me and my boyfriend went in yesterday afternoon to view the property. We get out or car, we walk in the leasing office, and bam… A rude little girl sits in front of us. When we first walk in she is on the phone so we sit down and wait. Then she gets off the phone about 5min later and dose not acknowledge still. After sitting there another 5min with her being off the phone she says «can I help you?» But never stood up from her desk, never asked our names, and just basically seemed like we bothered her. She gave us a hand book and said come back tomorrow because they don’t show units after 5pm. But it was 4:50 and there hours said 6pm. Beautiful property but one rude staff needs a attitude fixing.

A good friend moved in a few months ago and its all be good.
Game and Entertainment room, BBQ grill, pool, gym. all the right amenities.
