Trident insurance provides insurance for our auto and home. We could not be happier with their service and their excellent team of people who go above and beyond to make sure every question is answered. I couldn’t ask for a better agency to handle my insurance.

When I see allot of positive revues for a company like this it immediately suggests to me the revues were left by family, friends or the company owner themselves. If you like religiously paying your premiums for over/​around 15 years & then when you finally need to use your insurance getting the absolute run around, being lied to & misled, being told one thing only to have them renege on their claims then look no further you have found your dream agency !!
Like the old saying ‘let the buyer beware’ !! Do some research & get proper real referrals before selecting an agency. Your life & livelihood literally hangs in the balance. Hopefully you will never be in an accident, or hospitalized or need your vehicle repaired & desperately need to utilize your insurance, but if you do God forbid it would nice to know you will be taken care of & not scammed in your most desperate time of need.
So just be careful out there, they seem really nice on the phone & act like they will hold your hand and help you, but it seems to me in my opinion they are wolves in sheeps clothing .I ultimetely had to find another company who was accredited & was actually cheaper, but the loss I incurred was pretty substantial to me, and it hurts to think about all those premiums paid over years only to be jammed when I go to use it.

The outstanding team at Trident has provided excellent service for about 15 years — or maybe more. Our policies include autos, homeowners, umbrella, and boat. They are always helpful, responding quickly to all concerns.

Also many of my clients who purchase homes are referred to Frank G. for Homeowner’s quotes and all of them tell me he does an awesome job with explaining coverage and possible discounts.
