Fantastic dentist! I love coming here. It is so comfortable that I have fallen asleep. The receptionist Shawnee is wonderful and makes getting an appointment so easy.

I was an HMO patient, and was assigned here by my insurance.
I made the mistake of saying I had not had a cleaning in three years, and they tried to push a deep cleaning on me. The dentist refused to do a standard cleaning, even though my Xrays came back all clear. I asked them to do something, and they gave me a polish and that was it – still charged my insurance as if it were a clean.
Don’t go here. I should have reported them – was stunned. Never had that experience before. It is a total insurance scam.
Nice front office staff, though.

Dr. Rafi at Warner Village Dental is a great, knowledgeable dentist. Going to the dentist usually scares me so I had a lot of questions and concerns going in and he and his staff eased my fears and answered all of my questions. The office looks brand new and very up to date. It’s easy to find parking and they accepted my insurance. After finding this office, I no longer have to fear going to the dentist.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! HMO dentist. I was sent by my medical insurance because I lost my PPO dentist and it had been a year and a half since I saw my dentist and they immediately pushed and pushed a «deep cleaning» upon me saying they could not perform a regular cleaning which would have been covered completely by my insurance. I helplessly signed away $ 300 later and called my medical insurance, my PPO dentist and it was flagged immediately by both parties as fraud. They did my entire «new visit x-​rays, inspection and supposed deep cleaning of all quadrants in an hour and 15 minutes» and did no gum mapping which my PPO dentist said is legal and standard before even determining if a deep cleaning is necessary. They wanted MONEY MONEY MONEY. Wish I would have just walked out. The office was completely empty and I overheard the next patient was «new» as well. This office must suck the innocents to stay in business. My own father and mother in the medical and dental field told me I should have walked out when I was pressured to pay for something up front that wasn’t needed at all saying they couldn’t give me regular dental check-​up and cleaning. Luckily my insurance knew right away this was complete bullshit and they are now fighting them and flagging them. And a nice little report will be sent over the American Dental Association as well. My PPO explained how HMO fraud is so common. You have to be so careful. Needless to say my credit card company is disputing the charge as well as I will be going back to my PPO plan dentist and willingly and gladly pay out of pocket for all his services because you can’t put a price on trust.

New Office, Very clean, the staff here is super friendly, and they do an amazing job! they never keep me waiting, they have plasma tvs and put your x rays up right away in front of you. I recommend all my friends to go here !

Great office. Very clean and organized. The staff is professional and kind. The dentist, Dr. Rafi, has a great touch. He gets your teeth clean, and doesn’t cause you any pain. The best part is that you can tell the staff is honest with you. They don’t try to convince you to get a root canal that you don’t need. If you need to see a dentist & haven’t gone for a while because you’re scared of dentists, this is a great office to go to.

Warner Village Dental is a very nice, clean, modern office. Dr. Rafi is very knowledgeable. He has a calm manner, thus he is very patient. Shawnee, the receptionist, is very kind and helpful. She always takes the time to answer any questions you have. Daniela, the dental assistant, is very nice and gentle. I have been going to Dr. Rafi for years now and and very happy with the service that the team at Warner Village Dental provides. Lorena
