HUGE WARNING! Do Not go this this store unless you want to be treated badly and possibly have your money taken.
My friend and his elderly aunt just had the WORST customer service experience ever at this store! To start, my friend (I’ll call him John) and I went into this store to see about getting a Sprint phone activated for his aunt and the guy behind the counter, who was surrounded by 6 other Arab guys, said yes he can do it and do a monthly plan of unlimited everything for $ 50 plus $ 15 activation fee. So John and his aunt came in today to get that done. Firstly, both are white. John’s a Marine Veteran at that. They were made to wait for a good hour and a half while all these other people, mostly Arab like the owner, and his family, got helped quickly. Every time one came in they’d stop helping John and help those people. Every time John would ask the owner a question he would ignore him and just keep doing his little speech to his aunt to get her to agree, even though all the questions were valid ones! After all that John got very upset and told the guy off, rightfully so after all that! And then all the guys, the same ones from yesterday, so that’s EIGHT guys, in there started ganging up on him like they were gonna beat him up! All those guys against one dude and an old lady! Utter disrespect!
But after reading the what the previous reviewer wrote, it seems like it was a godsend he didn’t go with them!

Great customer service. Was able to get my phone screen replaced within a day. Sales reps seem to be very friendly and caring.
Would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase or repair cell phone.
