History

Established in 1980.

Ullrich Delevati, CPAs was founded in 1980 by Managing Partner, Marcus E. Ullrich. Anthony J. Delevati joined the firm the following year. Together, they set out to grow the business. James Engstrom, Principal, is in charge of the West Sacramento Office. Over the years, UDCPAs grew into the firm it is today, with two Partners, one Principal, 13 accounting professionals, & support staff. The firm has invested in advanced education degrees and licenses by having four members of the staff with MBA’s in taxation & a Certified Valuation Analyst.

As the founding partner of Ullrich Delevati CPAs, Mark Ullrich has not only guided the firm’s growth but also established the business practices which have allowed for over three decades of success.

Widely respected for his remarkable ability to successfully combine theoretical concepts with practical applications, Mark’s expertise is developing and delivering innovative solutions for complex tax problems and financial challenges. With over 35 years of experience as a practicing CPA, Mark is a seasoned tax professional who realizes that in order to plan and implement an effective tax strategy that allows the clients to achieve their financial goals, you must thoroughly understand the client’s business and financial needs.

Mark specializes in tax related issues including mergers and acquisitions, offers-​in-​compromise, business valuation, strategic planning and business consulting.
