This shop has the best tasting bagels in the Five Towns, of all the shops I’ve tried so far – I’m visiting them all, one by one :). I am hooked on their oat bagels, which seem to be made with added oat flour. Their bagels are always perfectly cooked. They aren’t full of holes on the inside, which I don’t like, and they have a perfect chewy crust.
I don’t care for their hot coffee, it is too weak for my taste. However I found their iced coffee to be unusually flavorful, I was so surprised the first time I ordered it.
They have an easily accessible bathroom and the shop is kept clean. I definitely think this place looks noticeably cleaner than some other bagel shops in the area. There’s also a pleasant vibe, a TV in the eating area.
Menu options are fairly limited but what they do, they do well. Also the staff is pleasant and thoroughly efficient. If you need to get in and out fast, this is your place.

Way overpriced for a bagle with cream cheese and jelly $ 4.30 gave the man a 5 dollar bill he didnt attempt to give me change what ever I was goin to put the tip cup anyway… when the girl was puting the jelly on the bagle broke apart usually that don’t happen if they are fresh it had a taste and texture as if they were from yesterday… the counter lady was nice and very friendly not her fault they have crappy bagle s

this place is not the worst, but it is definitely not the best especially for the price. i understand this place is in a good neighborhood so its bound to be a little more expensive than your average long island deli but these prices are a bit excessive, and they skimp on the sandwiches

I LOVE Bagelo. I’ve been getting bagels here since high school. Every time I come to visit family on Long Island, I always make sure to stop by for my multigrain flagle with light vegetable cream cheese. The iced coffees could be better. Otherwise, make sure to try the toasted flagles. NOM NOM NOM!

Getting a bagel at Bagelo is a must whenever I visit Hewlett. Freshly baked, great variety of schmear, and even options for the people in the group who like keeping up with the latest health fad (not me).

I love that this place appears clean and sanitary. It has ample seating and they have a TV in the eating area. What bothers me is that the counter person does not write down your order. About 50% of the time I’ve gone here they’ve got my order wrong and had to drive back and get the right thing. Another time my husband was so frustrated he returned hs wrong order and just got his money back. I keep coming back because its so close to my home and the staff is sooo friendly

pretty substandard bagel store, surprisingly most of the bagels in Hewlett are not that impressive at all. The positive side to this bagel store vs. their counterpart in Hewlett is that they are open until 5 PM. I used to sometimes stop in on my lunch breaks from work out of desperation for some decent quick food in the woodmere area. I guess if you are in a pinch this place would be okay but if you have a choice and more time choose another place for sure.

The store itself is clean and the staff is pleasant enough. But the Bagels while somewhat tasty, are the size of Lenders frozen bagels and just as hard, even at 8:30 am. Also not the most bang for your buck, but it is Woodmere. The Coffee was a least fresh and hot. If your stuck in the neighborhood, its okay, but there are plenty other places that offer better fare.
