I originally started as a Graphic Design business and had many lucrative clients that kept me busy for a few years. That market started to dry up and I noticed the growing need for a place for the home user to be able to take there computer in for great repairs at a great price. So I transformed my business to what it is today, a full-​service Computer Repair and Network Design company. I have over 17 years of professional IT support experience and am extremely well-​versed in both hardware and software troubleshooting, end user communication, and work on both Windows Desktops & Laptops, Windows Servers, and all Macintosh systems.

I have over 17 years of professional IT experience supporting and repairing Windows desktops, laptops and servers… as well as all Macintosh systems. I am extremely well-​versed in the current trends of technology and how they apply to the end user’s computer. I’m very good at finding the root cause of problems that are happening with computers and coming up with repair options for almost any problem. I live and work in Woodridge, IL and have for more than 17 years. Most of my clients bring me their computers to work on, but there are some occasions where an on-​site visit can be arranged to repair problems which may only occur in the setting where the computer is used. I am very passionate about what I do. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a smile on a satisfied customer’s face and hearing their sincere thanks after a job well done.
