Furniture Design by Knossos

First I will say that Knossos Furniture did not complete any work for me. How could they, after we had an agreement on the work to be done and an agreed upon price they dropped off of the face of the earth and stopped answering emails and never provided us with a contract. Three to four months of work was wasted.
George was our contact person at Knossos Furniture and they came very highly recommended. We even went as far as to look at some previous work they did and visit their shop. Both were very impressive. In person George was great but once he left and we had to rely on his word to send us quotes, contracts, etc. everything unraveled. When you are spending $ 40,000 to $ 50,000 on a renovation you want to know you can trust the contractor and that when they say they are going to do something that they either do it within the time specified or they communicate to you why there is going to be a delay.
Hence my issue, the communication was horrible. Weeks/​months would go by without hearing from him to the point we would have to follow up and then it was like nothing was the matter from his end. As though it is normal in his business to not send someone an estimate 1 month after visiting the property or saying you will have a contract submitted in a week and then a month goes by without ever hearing from them. No apologies, no I am sorry, no excuses.
I would not recommend them.

Had a beautiful custom desk built all in dark laminate. Looks great and instal went smoothly and quickly.
Had a minor issue with some screws showing, but Knossos took care of it. They didn’t have the color we needed in stock, but they ordered screw covers in the dark grey, and came in to instal them once they came in.
