A year ago I hired Ace to repair my washing machine and install an ice maker in my freezer. The ice maker is fine. However, I still can not leave my washing machine unattended during washings. After 3 or 4 house visits, paying for parts due to misdiagnosis of what the problem was, and having to chase down the handyman to see if the parts had some in yet, I still have a broken washing machine. Not only that, but when I would call the guy, it was always like, «oh, that’s on back order it should be in any day» or the like, always coming off as a blow off and more like I had just reminded him he needed to order whatever part. I called the main office to try to rectify the situation– get some refunds, get a different guy out to see if someone else could tell what was wrong and fix it— the managers were always unavailable and I never got calls back. No offers on followup calls for even partial refunds. This ordeal has cost me almost $ 300 and its still broken. I could have bought a fleet of new machines! Crappy crappy crappy experience.
