I wish I could give fewer than 1 star. For four consecutive days my insurance company and I called this company to make arrangements for my windshield to be replaced. Each call connected to an answering machine. Not once was either of us able to talk to a human. Each time, the recording said that someone would call me back within 30 minutes. I am still waiting for a returned call and that was 2 weeks ago. If their customer service is this lax and unreliable, I can’t imagine that their quality of service in replacing my windshield would have been any better. Good customer service is what it’s all about these days and these guys exhibited none at all.
