Horrendous customer service this morning! (Tuesday, October 6th at 10 am) I came in to return some items this morning that I had paid cash for. I had the receipt and all tags were attached. I was told that there was no cash in the drawer to refund me my money. I’m sorry, but since when does a large company like J Crew not have cash? Suppose I purchased an item with cash and needed change, you wouldn’t be able to give me my change? The woman who was working was extremely unhelpful and rude.
As a matter of fact, many of the workers are pretentious and have terrible customer service.

Big fan of the JCrew outlet. I find the items hold up just as well as the retail stores and the prices are less, great for stocking up on t-​shirts and trendy necklaces/​scarves. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Adorable displays, great quality but don’t expect rock bottom prices. It’s still J Crew so don’t expect Wal-​Mart prices.
