Dear Mr Derrick Shaw,
First off, You should NEVER EVER hang up on a client if you’re trying to do business with them. You are not professional and your business is a scam. You have no legit paper works to contact my family members. You request a lawyer? Well, good luck because you will need one! Everyone was pay attention to this business and guy. They go by PDQ Services collection and credit reporting. But the person that goes by the name Derrick apparently runs the collection department and sounds very UNEDUCATED and rude! Straight off from the streets who just applied and worked there. You can trick other people but not me sir. Good luck in getting your money else where! This business and person need to go under investigation. Period.
