Walmart Supercenter

I really enjoyed working at this store.
As a seasonal cashier, during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, I was thrilled at their invitation to work there. They gave me a chance to enter their multi-​month front-​end cashier program. They obliged; as I soaked in everything they told me, and while I asked for more and more information on their operations. And when the holiday season ended, I left satisfied that I got everything possible from one of the nation’s leaders in customer service. The experiences in customer service quality, efficiency, etiquette and cash register operations are topics I will always value.

The people that work here have such a bad attitude (typical for Walmart). I bought refrigerated juice and got home to realize it was 2month expired. Thinking that maybe just maybe this one had slipped through the cracks. I went by the next day to look at the dates and there were so many that were at least 1 week expired. Another time I went to buy organic eggs and one literally had blood on the outside of an egg which I could see through the package. THAT IS DISGUSTING ON A WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL.
I now shop 98% of the time at Publix. The prices may be higher but it’s so much more worth the quality and customer service!

They have everything you need plus everything you don’t. It’s a big store and I enjoy shopping here. Savings catcher used to be awesome, but has gotten worse although every little bit they give you back is worth it. Make sure to check their prices out online and if they’re cheaper at a competitor or on their website they will price match the exact same item for you if you can prove it.

This is a Walmart.
Been here a few times. More times this year, then in the prior 6 years combined — about 5 times.
Selection of coconut milk, coffee filters is poor. Great value toilet paper is soft. Small cans of coke is decent deal.
I attempted to buy Ranch dressing. The cashier had to halt the purchase because it had been flagged for being «recalled». It was such a kerfafall that I and everyone behind me had to locate to another cash register.
The people that work here seem content.

This walmart is exceptionally disappointing. Everything I have bought here has ended up being damaged. Two routers and a lamp. Netgear support actually told us to return the routers. They had two on display that didn’t work. Really?
I get flukes but seriously I’m about to drive all the way to a different walmart so I can trust on a working product.

I don’t understand why this Walmart has such poor reviews. I actually like it because when items are not available in the Windward/​Johns Creek stores, they are available here.
This is also what I consider the «last chance» store because as we are on our way out of town, (headed to 75 North), this store is our last opportunity to grab the things that we may have forgotten or need to grab at the last minute, (sunglasses, snacks, flip flops etc.).
When we stopped in yesterday, it was well stocked and well staffed. We were able to get in and out very quickly. The employees were friendly and efficient, bathrooms were clean and well maintained.
Obviously they are working to improve customer relations and the customer’s experience. No complaints here!

This Wal-​Mart is so crowded. You have to park at the very end of the parking lot to get a space. Also the checkout lines are always long no matter what time you go. The shelves always need to be restocked. The pharmacy is always crowded and you have to wait a long time there too. I avoid this Wal-​Mart whenever I can.

I learned something tonight. I learned that if you call a Walmart and they don’t answer, the phone eventually just… stops…ringing. Takes 3 minutes according to my call timer. This store is pretty ragged out. Homemade stall locks in the bathrooms. Pee and boogers all over everything. No paper towels. Papers hanging all over the shelves. Broken racking and fixtures. Just seemed old, tired and unkempt. Nice quiet parking lot tho. That’s what the second star is for.
