Unfortunately this place would not let me cancel my hotel room six days in advance. They also refused to work with me on any possible solution after reaching out multiple times. They are continuing to charge me $ 300 for a room I cannot stay in because of a funeral for a family member that I have to attend. The manager refused multiple times to work with me despite my calmly asking for a way to cancel or even change my reservation. Would not recommend staying here based on my unfortunate experience.

This rating could’ve easily been at least a 4 or 5 star review upon walking into the hotel. The lobby is very clean, open and welcoming. I came down to Waco for a golf tournament and carpooled with a few guys also playing in the tournament. Once we arrived at my hotel I had a couple buddies get out of the truck with me to stretch their legs and help me and another guy unload our clubs, luggage, etc. We checked in and I explained there were two of us staying in the room. My buddies helped unload all of our stuff and then we went back downstairs to head to a bar. The second we got out of the elevator to leave the two desk attendants called me over and asked me to verify how many people were staying in my room. I explained there were only two(me and another guy) and that my other friends were staying in a hotel down the street but were just helping unload things. One guy seemed to understand but the other one outright said«If we see anyone with you other than you and your roommate then we will charge you $ 20 per person extra that is staying with you». I once again explained it was just me and the other guy but he did not believe me. It seemed more like a threat than anything else which turned me off to the hotel. When we got back from the bar I made it a point to walk by the desk just me and the guy staying in the hotel. We decided to go check out the pool/hot tub area and it was pretty weak. No towels in the designated«towel area» and there were paint chips, grass, and other trash floating around in the hot tub. As far as the rooms, the beds were pretty firm but comfortable. The pillows turned into pancakes if you put any force on them. I stacked about three up just to have some sort of padding under my head. All-in-all not a horrible hotel but probably better around in the area.

We stayed here this past weekend. The rooms are huge. It looked brand new. The staff was really nice and helpful. They were really clean and willing to accommodate. The bathroom was normal size with tons of towels. The room did have a microwave and fridge which was nice for leftovers. We will be coming back.

We stayed here Saturday night so we could attend a nearby event. Our group booked three rooms and we all enjoyed our stay. The ladies in the group loved the color scheme of this location. The breakfast/lounge area is nicely done. This is a new location and looks well maintained. The bed and pillows are comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

It could have been five stars but the shower needs to be cleaned. The shower head especially! Other than that it’s is clean, the bed is comfortable, room is a good size. Friendly staff.

I was on a flight from Indianapolis Indiana to Waco Texas, American Eagle canceled my flight out of DFW and I was unable to keep my reservation but they charge me for it even though the manager told me that those charges have been taken off because it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t get there. Now I see that they have taken those charges out of my checking for two nights when in fact I was only there one night.
