Dollar Tree

There isn’t a reason to shop here. At All. None what so ever.
Don’t bother.
So about 8 months ago, a new Dollar Tree opened LITERALLY 1 minute from here on Pulaski Blvd in Bellingham. Now, I haven’t been to the Bellingham location yet, but assume it is like every other new Dollar Tree, as being clean, organized, and going by all Massachusetts Tax Laws (which I will explain later). I got a bad impression from the Woonsocket location from the start. Outside of the store, TONS of trash were blowing around in the wind, which shouldn’t have even been there in the first place. Come on people! Even though this plaza isn’t worth anything anymore and has BARELY any good stores (besides Burlington Coat, which is amazing, by the way), it doesn’t mean you can use the plaza as your trash can! Pick up your trash and walk over the the TRASH BIN! Anyway, walking into the store, I noticed the floor. How disgusting. There were items and trash all around the floor, and there were TONS of stains everywhere. The store was large and had basically everything I wanted, yet I was still disappointed with the cleanliness and how the store was so crowded and messy.
In my purchase, I was buying 2 food items, and noticed later on my receipt I got charged TAX for them. Anyone buying more than a few food items would be super stupid to come here! Why get charged tax if you can drive one minute to the Bellingham Dollar Tree and not have to pay any tax for any food (no wonder Shaw’s went out of business, I would have shopped in Massachusetts as well!).
Overall, I won’t be returning. And I suggest everyone else visits the Bellingham location, on Pulaski Blvd (with the Stop&Shop). 2 stars.
