Ho Kong Chinese Restaurant Delivery Service

I hadn’t been to this establishment in years. I love Chinese food, especially chow mein. The restaurant was freezing, the waiter was in a rush to move to/​from the bar to kitchen though there were only two other active tables and only a couple of drunks at the bar. Our food (party of five) arrived cold except for the terriyaki which was nice and hot. The food tasted old as if the vegetables had been sliced and diced perhaps a week or so earlier. I had always had good memories of the food but will NEVER visit again. How does this place stay open? (I’m thinking perhaps the bar tabs? The two men at the bar were extremely intoxicated, loud and obnoxious like they should have been shut off hours before!)
