Michael’s is a home town pub with 6 big screen tv’s, 2 pool tables, 5 dart boards, hosting 12 APA pool teams, 5 Woonsocket Rocket Dart teams and various Charity Events. We are a full bar featuring a wide variety of bottled domestic and imported beers, 15 beers on tap, and specialty drinks. Our famous pudding shots are always a big hit, homemade fresh personally by the owners. Pub Grub is on the menu including Pizza, Burgers, Chicken Wings and Tenders, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, and appetizers. Weekend Entertainment! Thursday’s Karaōke with DJ JIMMY at 9pm-​close. Friday Night Music Mix and Karaōke from 9 til close with DJ Jimmy. Saturday Night Karaōke and Music Mix with DJ Scotty-​O along with FREE POOL all day and night. We also have a Touch Tunes Internet Juke Box for your listening pleasure along with Bose Surround Sound when the games are on. Always a friendly atmosphere without the drama. History

Established in 1980.

Michael’s has been in business for over 30 years. It was recently in 2010 to John and Tina Wilcockson. We have made some real positive changes to the atmosphere of the club bringing in great entertainment, and awesome customers.

Deceiving local bar looks rough on the outside with tiny windows & an entrance in the back but pleasant on the inside. Clean & quite big with pool tables, dart boards, & karaōke depending on the night. Very nice bartenders & you must try the pudding shots. They are all absolutely delicious, might be the best I’ve ever had. There are a good amount of tables and bar seats with a basic appetizer type bar menu.

My husband and I stayed in Woonsocket for one night to see a show at Chan’s and stopped by Michael’s after checking out the Museum of Work and Culture and doing a drive through of the town. Tina, who I now know from other Unilocal reviews, is one of the owners and was bartending on this early Friday evening. We had a great time, learning about Woonsocket (the French Canadian influence is fascinating), drinking some local beers (my hub loves IPAs as we’re are from San Diego), and Tina even bought me one of her homemade pudding shots (Snickers) which was amazing. We were treated like family, met some fun locals and had a great time. Free popcorn, clean bathrooms, pool, and bar stools with backs which I always enjoy. Watching a little late Friday afternoon «True Pawn» on the TV was even better! Had a really fun time there and can imagine it must be really fun at night. Did not have any food. Would highly recommend.

Nah, I felt comfortable, chillin with my vodka sodas up in here.
The bartender was mad friendly and made sure I didn’t get jumped by the Woon residents.

Michael’s is a good local bar, friendly, good service, always have a good time here. Parking sucks, but doable. Beer always cold! Love kareoke night. Hi Jimmy and Kristina love you guys. Always best when Nicole is bartending. Wish the menu/​food was better. Wished they accepted cards too!

Very welcoming, friendly bartenders, great prices, and clean! The drinks are awesome — try the fish bowls! They also have pudding shots, which are more like adult hoodsie cups. It’s a really great spot, and a well-​kept secret.

This bar is a hidden gem. The prices are fantastic and the owner couldn’t be friendlier. Great activities such as darts, pool, karaōke and a popcorn machine making fresh popcorn. You wouldn’t stop in on passing by given the location amidst neighborhood triple deckers and steel doors but you should because once inside you have one of the best sports pubs in RI.

This is just a regular local bar. Nothing crazy about the place, its one of those types of bars you never hear about. its usually regulars that come here.
but its always a good time with me and the boys. The owner Tina is super friendly and nice. Always treats me well whenever i come by. The drinks are priced very reasonably. A shot and a beer is about 6 bucks not to bad.
They also have amazing pudding shots, that is definitely one of the main reasons i always come back. Try the Cinnamon bun pudding shot but honestly they are all good. they have different things going on every night. DJ, karaōke, etc. they also have dart boards and pool tables. Absolutely love the karaōke, there has been many MANY drunken nights singing karaōke and whats awesome about it is everyone there is about karaōke. So its fun seeing everyone into it and singing along with you. makes you want to try out for American Idol. (maybe not)
i have never tried the food so i cant speak for that. but there is free popcorn, freshly popped self serve. i don’t even like popcorn, but its nice lol.
