I sent in a Petzval lens over two months ago to have them fabricate a new flange for it. I called prior to shipping it to find out their turn around time, which I was told was 5 weeks. Eight weeks later I called to find out where my lens and flange were, and I was told it was still being worked on. A week later he said he would ship it out the next day. I still am waiting.
I appreciate that fabrication takes time, but then at least keep your customers apprised of time lines and status-​especially after two months.
