The owner is rude and thinks he knows everything. would never ever let this place touch my car! Stay away!

I needed my bumper fixed and went to accurate because of the good reviews on Unilocal.I was not disappointed. Great work at a fair price. I would absolutely recommend them

Excellent work. My Suburban looks almost new. It took a little longer than I expected at first, but they kept me updated and the truck was ready when they said it would be. I would recommend them.

Take your car to Accurate! My Volvo had significant front end damage and I thought I would be paying a fortune. I was recommended to Accurate and when I first took my car in I could see for myself they will fix any vehicle make from Maserati to Toyota. Adam and Jamie run a tight ship and provide excellent service catering to the customer’s needs. I practically did nothing besides drop the car off, a week later I could honestly say it looked better than new. Thank you guys for your professional and courteous service.

I have used accurate to repair my vehicle twice and have recommended to my family and friends. We have all been very happy with the work done. They took care of everything. Adam and his team are top notch!

I had my car taken there after breaking down. They were fast and quick. They also gave me a rental. I would recommend anybody to go there.

Had my car towed to Accurate Collision after a Friday night accident involving light frame and moderate front-​end damage. Monday morning I get a call: «we’re looking at a couple of weeks.»
Next Monday morning, a week later, I call them to see if I’ll be able to pick up my car by the end of the week or so. «we’re looking at a couple of weeks.» Umm.
The following Monday morning I call back with the same question. «we’re looking at a couple of weeks.» What. I ask if that’s a firm estimate since I’m tired of renewing the rental on the crappy rental car I have. «oh yes. Firm estimate.»
The following Monday morning I call back again. «Yeah, uh, why don’t you call back next Monday.» Next Monday was a holiday. Tricky!
I call Tuesday instead. «We’re hoping to get it done next week.» We’ve gone from a consistent «two weeks» to a consistent «next week», so, progress I guess? Later that week I receive a phone call from the car rental place politely asking if I ever intend to give them their car back.
The following Monday: «if all goes well, Friday. If not, middle of next week.» Call me pessimistic, but I privately predict that somehow all will not go well. By now I’m starting to forget what my car looks like. It’s a Honda Something? Black, maybe?
All did not go well. I didn’t hear back on Friday. I didn’t hear back by the middle of next week. I call on Thursday: «hopefully tomorrow, if not then early next week.» A personalized ass groove is beginning to develop in the driver’s seat of my rental.
Surprise! I didn’t get a call «tomorrow». I didn’t get a call «early next week». So, the following Thursday: «hopefully tomorrow, if not then early next week.» In other words, the exact same thing I was told seven days ago. I ask if that’s a firm estimate. «oh yes. Firm estimate.» Uh-​huh. «Call me tomorrow around lunchtime.» That’s new. Just maybe…
Nope. Guess who isn’t around when I call the next day like I was told to?
Finally, end of the day Friday, I call again and am told my car is done. I pick it up the next day (they’re open from 8-​noon). It looks good, it’s clean inside and out, and has seemed to work fine so far.
Every time I called, there was a different reason for why my car was, perpetually, weeks away from being fixed. Didn’t get the parts in. Got the wrong parts in. Found more damage underneath. There was a snowstorm. Needed some other parts too. Found even more damage. Couldn’t fix the damage themselves and had to send it a different shop (!). I understand that sh*t happens, really I do. But if the pile of sh*t grows high enough then it’s not a problem with my patience but a problem with your competence. Why did it take eight weeks to fix this car when it was only in a different shop for three weeks after a much more serious accident a few years back? Why were the original appraisal, assessment and estimate so wildly off-​base?
And why wasn’t I told about these delays when they happened? I only found out because I called them. Not once, apart from the initial phone call, did they get in touch with me and tell me anything about their schedule slipping. This includes twice when I called in the morning and the receptionist couldn’t find anyone at the moment but promised she’d call me back later that day (never did; I had to call a second time, late in the afternoon before they closed).
Bottom line: do not send your car to these people, and do not listen to the tow truck guy if he recommends that you do (that was my big mistake), unless you want the world’s worst service and don’t mind having your car in the shop for a month longer than you’d planned.

While Accurate Collision fixed my car, cleaned and vacuumed it, it took them 2 months to do it!
They had to pay for my rental after they had it for a full month and my insureance would only cover 30 days.
The back quarter panel of my car had been hit by another car, and while they had to wait 3 days for an appraiser to come out to look at more damage they found once they removed the panel. This was not ever requested until they had had the car for over 2 weeks.
If your not going to start working on my car, (it was driveable) then don’t have me drop it off.
They said it was because of a shortage of help over the 4^th of July week… but they had the car from the end of May to the 2^nd week in August.
I had an entire front end replaced by another auto body repair place in 3 weeks!!!
This was rediculous. And I had to keep calling for updates. the last one I got was that it was being painted that day… It still took them another week to call to say the car was ready.
Good repair job, but I want FAST AND Good… For the length of time they had my car, I expected it to have a whole new paint job… it didn’t.
