History

Established in 2011.

In the growing market of Physical Therapy, ARC-​Allied Rehabilitation Center was established to bridge the gap by offering the ONLY onsite, independent heated Aquatic Therapy pool in Worcester. By combining land based Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care and Aquatics within a 3200 sq. ft. facility, ARC offers a specialized one-​on-​one rehabilitation treatment plan allowing patients to achieve maximum results. The friendly, highly trained staff, of ARC speak 7 languages: Spanish, Russian, German, French, Haitian, Creole, and English. ARC accepts 13 major Health Insurance plans including: Aetna, Blue Cross-​Blue Shield, CIGNA, Commonwealth Care Alliance, GIC, Harvard Pilgrim, Mass Health, Medicare, Neighborhood Health, Network Health, Senior Whole Health, and United Healthcare. The ARC facility is conveniently located to major highways with ground level parking, handicap accessibility, private showers, changing rooms with lockers, and initial appointments within 24 hours.

Faina Dulfan is a highly experienced Physical Therapist combining her Aquatic Therapy training with conventional land based Physical Therapy. Faina’s compassion, commitment, and one-​on-​one customized treatment plans, allows for each patient to achieve maximum results in rehabilitation. Faina is fluent in speaking Russian and German, in addition to English.
