History
Established in 1987.
Audio Journal began in 1987 using a spare closet in the Worcester Public Library with only 5 volunteers and 150 listeners. Over the years, we have grown into a fully accessible two studio radio station with 3 staff members and over 170 volunteers. We now reach nearly 5,000 listeners through our special receivers, around 600 listeners online, and numerous more on local Cable TV stations.
