The Worcester police had my car towed during a snowstorm when I was out of state. It was not the tow companies fault. They were extremely professional, helpful, and worked with me on the fees. Because of this, I would absolutely use them if I ever needed a car towed. Jay was Pleasant, Polite and Professional — the 3 P’s.

I have been a car nut for 40 years. I have restored a few antique cars myself and have had my share of «less than honorable» mechanics. I have been going on-and-off for years to Belito’s. I can say Paul, the owner, is a straight up guy. Ben, the manager, will go out of your way to be extremely helpful. As for the one star rankings below, remember, there are always two sides of the story. I am sure if you are rude and a jerk, they will be rude and a jerk back to you, I don’t know. They have been always extremely fair with me.

My son’s car had an issue on the highway in Worcester and AAA towed him here. The service was fast, friendly and FAIR. The charges were minimal and he was safely on his way again. Manager Ben Tipple was especially polite and helpful.

Worst place ever ! Completely rude and selfish. I don’t even want to get into the whole story but I will never do business with these guys and I will continue to steer away everyone I know. The owner is a complete jerk and will harass you. It’s been months since the incident and it still makes me extremely mad when I think about it and how much they took advantage of me and how they ended robbing me of 200 dollars and not even putting my car back together I had pieces they took out on my passenger side floor.

This place is very good. I got my car inspected here and they were very efficient. They even have a pool table for customers while they wait. I will definitely go back.

So manipulative and rude, the guy gave my father a hard time about leaving the car outside of the gate for him to drive back home so we didn’t have to pay the storage fee for leaving overnight, and they charged me $ 65 to look at it. I didn’t want them to look at it, but they called me at work and spun it to sound like he wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. I just needed to get off the phone and think about anything else for a while after my accident and they totally took advantage of that. This should have all been included in my yearly AAA membership fee but instead I’m paying for AAA and whoever else they send me to in the process because they’re trained to prey on traumatized vulnerable people in distress. Beware.

Very condescending towards women! I felt as though they were talking down to me because I don’t know about cars. Plus, they profusely assured me that they had the lowest price on a set of tires I was interested in. Fortunately I felt so directly talked down to that I decided to go home and call around. Found a better deal at Goodyear. Plus the service men were really clear about explaining things and the price was even better at Goodyear!
