This burger King has never disappointed me I worked in Worcester and frequently went here if I forgot my lunch so quite often at least once a week for 3 years. Food has always been hot and fresh staff always seemed trained some staff didn’t have much personality but not a lot of fast food people are happy. But CLEAVLAND is AWESOME. If he isn’t a manager he should be! Always happy and made some good jokes. Frappes are so good!

I went to this burger King the other day. The service was mideoker, the people that worked there didn’t seem happy. My food was warm and sloppy and tasted like it’s been out for a while. I understand when you get fast food your not spending the same out of money you would as if you went to a restaurant, but guess what… no matter what amount of money you spend somewhere, it’s still money. So your food should taste fresh, hot and delicious no matter how much you spend or where you go. That’s it!

In the Burger Wars it seems like BK has raised the white flag and decided it’s over. This one and the one at Webster Square are Board of Health scary dirty– the employees seem poorly trained, poorly motivated and the building itself is in dis-repair. I get it– this is fast food, and you shouldn’t eat here in the first place, but honestly choosing to eat at either of these locations is only a few steps away from dumpster diving.

Avoid this BK at all cost, drive across the city if you need to do not spend money here. The staff is not friendly at all and they dont seem to care about anything. EVERYTIME I go here they make me pull up and wait for«hot frys» they never are. I wait on average 10 – 15 min in the drive through, I have called and complained but no one seems to care. I am done going to this BK. not to mention my food has never been fresh after waiting all the time. HORABLE!

Variable service. If you get Maria, things are really friendly and professional. Some of the many managers that seem to come and go are not happy people. I have seen them be rude to customers, and berate the help in public. The roof leaks. The mens room freezes up in winter. The building needs $$$ spent on it. The employees should stop feeding the seagulls. I have seen them do it. No wonder the parking lot is full of gulls. With all the problems, service is fast because it is not a busy store.
