History
Established in 2010.
Brian Manzi has been working in the food industry since he was a young teenager. He has always known he wanted to cook for people because it gives him great pleasure to see his food make people happy.
Brian and Stephanie Manzi wanted to create a casual dining experience for local customers who they hope will become what they call there «regulars» once they know them by face and name. They have hired mostly family which makes for a laid back and friendly environment for all the staff as well as the customers. They would like to create something that is long standing in which their children can grow up being a part of, along with many other family members including their parents and siblings.

Business Owner
Brian Manzi has been cooking since he was a teenager and has worked in many establishments including the opening of the Flying Rhyno in Worcester and his own restaurant which he owned with his father Bill Manzi called Manzi’s Village Café which closed in 2003. Brian is dedicated to his work and wants to satisfy each customer and make sure they leave our restaurant with a smile on their face. He enjoys creating new dishes, being creative with ingeriants and coming up with new things. He puts all of his energy into creating unique daily specials and enjoying being able to interact with customers to find out how they enjoyed their meal. Brian enjoys being able to meet customers and having them remember his name and say «Hi Brian!» when they walk in the door again. It is an interaction that does not always happen in the restaurant buisness and that is part of the reason we have decided to open a small, intimate café as opposed to a larger location.
