Beyond bad… they ruined my leather bag which had a small ink stain by dying it the wrong color it was mustard yellow, now it has some time of lime yellow stain and brown stains (which were not there before) all over .I left my $ 80 ruined bag with him rather than pay $ 13 for the so called cleaning! because I couldn’t even donate it Savers or goodwill. I should have taken a picture. He would not pay for the ruined bag and offered to bring it back to new for $ 38 dollars.!!but the worst part is that he insisted it was fine. So I am out an $ 80.00 bag.

Heard through the grapevine they had spenco sandals, went in, they had exactly what I was looking for, easy cheesy, in and out, very reasonably priced and the sales lady was very nice.

Two pairs of heel tips replaced with repairs to the suede. Swift service, reasonable price.

This place sucks. It’s not worth your time or money. Very poor workmanship. They leave gaps in your heel when doing a simple heel replacement. They left glue on my husband’s $ 200 shoes and stuck a pair of taps over the heel when they are suppose to do a full sole replacement. Are they serious. This place is a joke.
