Worst manicure ever!!! Very rude front desk staff ! Argued with me when they ran late for appointment and rude at the check out. My nails look horrible and the nail tech almost argued with me when I wasn’t happy. The acrylic fill is so bad I will need to get my nails fixed. Horrible!

Let me make it clear that i do not even give this place 1 star, i just had to in order to post a review. The guy who did my nails told me he was the manager, his name was Michael. He was very friendly & personable and i really had high hopes. What a big let down and waste of money. Spending money is not an issue but wasting money is. My acrylic nails looked like chiclet gum. They were wicked thick and fake looking. What a joke for a $ 40 full set. I had called the following day telling them i was coming back and would appreciate my nails being fixed but later decided to take it as a loss and to never return. & its really too bad because they’re open 7 days a week and right next door to my job. Oh well. Lesson learned

I just got home, and my feet are not smooth.
I paid $ 30 for a pedicure.
The sloughing of my feet was lazy and not what I would call energetic.
The whole reason I pay for a pedicure is so my skin can be smooth.
That aggravates me so much.
I didn’t realize until I got home that the skin is not smooth.
It looks OK but feels rough on the heels, sides, and big toes.

Not even sure where to start… My nail place was closed. Holiday weekend. Decided to give this place a try and ended up feeling like I wasted $ 92. The spa pedicure for $ 40 was good. If this is all you go for, you’ll be ok. Although the massage chairs are so old you might as well not even turn the massage on. Now about my nails. I wear acrylic with a gel French (at a very reasonable price at VIP Nails in Worcester). At this place I paid $ 42 for her to trim my cuticles, acrylic fill with «natural» powder. Proceeded to tell me that she won’t do a gel French because she’s going to charge me an additional $ 20. (Really??) She then painted with some awful white paint crap (my nails immediately started cracking after I left) then put an old rotten clear gel polish on top. My nails are not only cracking but chipping and the fill is lifting. Very uneven. They look horrible. For $ 42 you expect them to look beautiful. I don’t mind spending money. I mind wasting it. Don’t come here this place is bad. I’m not even interested in letting touch my nails to fix them for free if it was offered. If I could post without a star I would!

I’ve had better luck here previously… I was annoyed at this experience. I sat waiting for a pedicure chair for 25 min. They never let me know that there would be any wait when I checked in. Upon asking they immediately sent me to a soaking chair and I waited another 10 min. Unfortunately I had to then turn my mani/​pedi into just a pedi and the person waiting on me was clearly annoyed. If they had told me it was going to be that long I would have considered running a few errands and coming back at a better time.

I’ve gone here off & on for years since it’s right down the street. Like the other Unilocalers, my biggest issue is again with the inconsistency in service. I’ve had really great fills & then I’ve had really bad ones with sloppy polish jobs & nail techs that just seem rushed. There’s also a couple nail techs who are really rude. Waxing here is okay. I’ve always gotten pretty eyebrows & they’re always shaped the way I like. But the girl who does the waxing always pressures you to get more waxing done. The pedis are always pretty good though. This salon is really hit or miss.

Wow, the level of poor customer service here is astounding! For starters I asked if they have a hot pink colored nail polish, was told all our polishes are over there and brushed off! Next they literally make fun of my friend right in front of her, sure they don’t speak English very well (at all) but a pointing gesture, mixed with a come here gesture followed by a laughing gesture is pretty universal and by the way insulting. We were also going to get our nails done but given our feet and legs were literally burning from the pedicure, the crappy and rude service (they came over and asked what color I had picked for the manicure… I didn’t get a chance to since they wouldn’t let me look, then got mad at me for not having chosen yet) and the fact that they literally were talking smack about us (and we were just sitting there quietly minding our p’s and q’s) we decided against the manicure which evidentially pissed them off royally because we had to pay immediately (with the polish still wet) and were ignored completely after that! I would only recommend this place to someone I sincerely disliked! Even now an hour after we left, we still have a burning sensation from the over exfoliation and whatever lotion they used (and I have ZERO allergies!)
A later development, my friend who was with me actually developed bruises on her feet, not exactly what I consider relaxing!

5 stars for LAN!!! I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my nails after having my nails done from her. My gels and acrylics used to constantly chip and fall apart but I met Lan and her service is impeccable and she is patient, calm and cares about her clients. Everyone else does a half ᧧ job and rushes.

I live 5 minutes away, so I have been here numerous times. Mostly I get pedicures, but I have also had a couple of manicures and had my eyebrows waxed a few times. My experience with this place has overall been positive, but my biggest issue is the inconsistency in service. Some nail techs have done a FANTASTIC job on my feet (I am a healthcare worker and am on my feet all day, so they tend to be especially dry and calloused), but some have just been mediocre.
For instance, I was in the middle of a pedicure when the tech suddenly got up without a word, went to another client and worked on her feet for awhile, and then came back to me, again without a word. After that she seemed really rushed. I didn’t notice whether or not my tech changed her gloves between the other client and me (she definitely didn’t wash her hands), so I have some concerns about sanitation. There was another time I paid for the spa pedicure upgrade, and the tech forgot to do the foot/​leg massage, and when I tried to ask her about it she didn’t speak enough English to understand me.
The place is cheap enough to overlook some of these small details. It’s worth the gamble if I receive stellar service some of the time.

My nails came out okay, but I hate going to a place like this. The girls yell back and forth to each other. Their idea of proper sanitation is splashing a little Alcohol on the tools.
The girl probably didn’t speak English, which is fine but her hand gestures like «go wash hands» were kind of Awkward. Another lady came over and stood there snapping her gum for 20 minutes, it was obnoxious. You can tell they’re probably making rude comments about the customers just by their facial expressions and when they look in your direction. I didn’t notice all of the health code violations at the place until halfway through the manicure, but they were atrocious. I hope I don’t get a deadly fungal infection after that.

Won’t be coming back, my nail polish chipped on day 2! She smudged the original job on 3 nails, repainted them but didn’t apply a base coat. Honestly, it was a hot mess.

One of the best manicures I’ve received in ages! I asked if my acrylic nails could be made to look very natural, and my request was granted 110%. I will most definitely be going to Creative Nails from now on!

This salon is dirty. They don’t sanitize their equipment and reuse things they should throw away. I went for a pedicure a few months back. My toe got an infection within a day. I’ve been to the doctors 3 times dealing with this. The worst part is that I was the first appointment of the day and the equipment must of been dirty from the day before. Never again.

I used to frequent this spot a couple years ago and stopping going because I usually left mildly dissatisfied. The location is so convenient that I decided to give it another shot today. Here’s what ensued…
The woman who filed, buffed, trimmed cuticles, etc. did a pretty good job; she was thorough and worked purposefully. The hand massage was relaxing and of a good quality and length. She’s the only reason there’s 2 stars. She abruptly left after I washed my hands and someone else came over. There was a bit of cuticle coming out from under the top of my thumb nail, I asked her to trim it and she says «what do you want me to do, file it or something?» Needless to say, it was a poor choice of words and demeanor for someone in the service industry. She didn’t do anything to fix up the couple of bits of cuticle I mentioned. She did a sloppy job painting (I’m going to try to upload photos). There are gaps between where the paint ends and the edge of my nails that are uneven and inconsistent nail to nail; there are multiple spots where she got paint on my skin and didn’t clean it up; her attitude straight up sucked. She shook the bottle and that resulted in air bubbles on my nails when they dried. A third woman came over to do the topcoat, which was fine but she put a little too much on and there’s a bunch on my skin and cuticle area and no one did any kind of cleaning up.
All in all, this was a disappointing experience. To top it off, I got there at 3:45 and didn’t leave until 4:55– a basic mani from start to finish including drying time shouldn’t take over an hour. Not impressed.

I will return! I walked in and was greeted by a young girl at the front desk. I was looking for a fill of Shelac. She told me it would be ten minutes. I waited ten minutes. I waited and was done by Linda. She did a nice job. The atmosphere is modern but comfortable. I will return.

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I’ve been here twice and this place far surpasses the fancier places like MiniLuxe. My last pedicure was especially great and I wish I had gotten my technician’s name. She literally massaged my legs for a good hour total. I got the spa pedicure with the mask and hot wrap and felt like I got my money’s worth. I was a little bummed my massage chair didn’t work but oh well.

Walked in at 5 pm on a Wednesday for a mani/​pedi before flying out of town the next morning and was immediately seated and walked out at 7:30 pm after all was said and done.
I paid the up charge for a spa pedicure and French polish. The up charge bought me a scrub and a menthol mask on my feet. Not impressed. The tech performed whilst she contemplated the fonder things in life such as the curtains hanging nearby and other decorations on the wall which meant I got the equivalent of a dead fish handshake for a massage.
The women who worked on my nails were friendly enough, but the gel manicure AND French pedicure cracked and flaked within 3 days. The price, quality and experience will keep me from returning.

Walked in here tryin’ to get my toes did, and got right in! 25 bucks later, here’s the deal:

I sometimes go here for just pedicures, but I recently got a manicure. She didn’t really listen to me when I said I liked a thinner white line (for my french manicure) and insisted that they had to be the same thickness for each nail (when my nails weren’t the same length…). I left with thick white lines that I’m probably just going to paint over… Even though they’re thick, they’re not even straight lines. She had to paint white globs and use remover to make them look normal. Some of the lines don’t even make it across my fingernail…
I understand I’m picky, but if they were thick white lines but looked well done, I would be happier.
