History

Established in 2010.

Eastern and Western Medical Center was created few years ago by merging of Jade Acupuncture with facilities of Massachusetts Orthopedic Treatment Center, creating a holistic center which combined eastern medicine and western medicine capabilities under one roof. We also became approved by several major insurers, and US Labor Department (for treatment of all federal Work Comp cases) in 2012.

Business Owner

Jadranka Perl was born in Slovenia and was a well known master music teacher and a conductor before changing careers and becoming an acupuncturist. She graduated from New England School of Acupuncture and did her internship at NESA and Dimock Clinic, she did residency in a major European research center clinic (Medin/​Bion Institute) where she treated primarily cancer patients and those with serious neurological diseases such as MS, ALS, Parkinson’s. She became very famous in Europe and was featured in several major magazines. Asof March 2014 she will be also on staff, in Department of Anesthesiology, at Women & Infants Hospital of RI.
