Business Owner

Dr. Fechner was born and raised in Berlin, Germany. During his studies at the University of Freiburg Medical School, he received a prestigious one-​year scholarship from the University of Massachusetts Medical School to continue his studies.

After medical school, Dr. Fechner completed his surgical internship at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston and a four-​year Harvard residency training at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary in Boston, where he focused exclusively on surgery of the face, head and neck region.

As a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), Dr. Fechner then pursued a fellowship sponsored by the AAFPRS at New York University Medical Center and Columbia/​Cornell in New York City where he worked with internationally renowned plastic surgeons.
