Friendly and fast service! Their prices are also good. I took my bike to have the 2 tires replaced and within 20 minutes it was done and I was riding it. I also bought a helmet. The person in charge was very nice and knowledgeable. If i ever need another bike or to fix my old one again this is the place I will go back to! I want to also add that I probably asked really stupid questions but they didn’t laugh so that’s a plus!

This is the best bike shop I know of. The service is well priced, well actually everything their is well priced. Strangely its the only place I ask what else can I buy be for I check out, this is because they might be selling t shirts for a local charity organization or just something handy to have. I should also note on their knowledge on where to ride and where I should ride for my skill level is above everywhere else. Thanks for everything and stay awesome!!!

My boyfriend had done research on bikes and picked Fritz’s. So glad we came here, Aaron was amazing, super friendly, so knowledgeable, not pushy whatsoever! We went in for one bike and left with two (one for myself) :) We couldn’t be happier with the deal we received and would highly recommend him to anyone!

This is a seriously good bike shop. I wanted a new bike and my wife kind of wanted a new bike. We live in Boston, but could not imagine dealing with a Boston bike shop (especially right after all the college kids arrived) and figured we could probably get a better deal and better service getting a bit out of town.
We were right. The owner Aaron was very friendly, had bikes for both of us, offered quite good deals (2015 closeouts), and dealt very patiently with two very picky people that visited twice for hours each time over labor day weekend. I spent more than I initially wanted, but on a bike vastly better than other models I was contemplating. Aaron in no way pushed my wife or me towards any bike and gave good advice.
Also, there is free service for a year included with the purchase of a bike. Other stores might offer it as well, but it is worth knowing.
Not sure on all the brands they carry, but they definitely carry Scott and Salsa, which are well regarded brands.

I’ve been to a lot of bike shops over the years and Fritz’s blows all of them out of the water.
Aaron the owner is an amazing guy who is not only exceptionally nice but treats his customers with the respect, courtesy and kindness that one rarely finds in any sort of business. The shop not only sells a great range of new and used bikes but a great range of accessories as well. Whether you’re looking to ride on the road or off it, long road rides or quick errands to the store, Aaron not only has the bike for you but the accessories to go along with it.
All of this of course is accompanied by fantastic service for your bike. Aaron has been kind enough to stay late on a week night to help me track down a creaky bike even after the store had officially closed. Every accessory he’s sold me has fit my needs exactly and been fairly priced and all the advice the shop has given has been spot on. His team is also always involved with community events, providing free bike tune ups during Bay State Bike Week to supporting local bike races to helping out at bike rodeo’s for local schools.
This review could be several paragraphs longer detailing how great the shop is, but really do yourself a favor and go in and visit and see what Frtiz’s has to offer you.

My lady and I are in the market for bikes and we drove by Fritz’ the other day about 15 minutes before closing. Aaron (Erin?) the owner was happy to have us, even with the timing.
We found him to be passionate, engaging, and knowledgeable. He was quick to point out some deals on bikes we didn’t ask about just for option’s sake, and he also has a fantastic service deal included in the price of every bike.
On visit two he let us take bikes out for a spin with complete trust.
The place was jam-​packed on a summer Saturday morning. It’s the real deal. Stop in!

Great local bike shop. I went in on a busy Saturday with only one guy working. He was able to get me in and out with the advice and parts I needed to have my riding that same day.

Fantastic shop, service area downstairs. Great on repairs/​upgrades, and if they don’t have what you want for components – they will get it! They got a new Manitou fork for my mountain bike in a very short timeframe. Only shop in the area that carries new Salsa and Surly bikes.

Fritz bike shop is great with helping choose the right bike for yourself or child. They are not going to sell you a bike, they are going to help you choose the right bike for your lifestyle and goals.
Very helpful, always available. These guys know their stuff! Nice to have an honest shop with great staff. Best of all they have many events for bikers which is nice once I have more time to join a bike ride.

I am so glad I found Fritz’s bicycle shop. Other bike shops in town are more like factories. You are on an assembly line just like the bikes. My husband and I brought our bikes in to Fritz’s and we received terrific service. Aaron was honest and thorough. The price to repair our bikes was very reasonable. Even though it’s out of my way and not as close as the other bike shops in Worcester, we’re going to make this our place to bring our bikes for repair.

I have bought several bikes from Aaron at Fritz’s and I have brought in several of my older bikes for repairs. Would highly recommend.

Fritz’s happens to be the closest bike shop to me so i find myself in often for repairs, tubes, clothing ect…
They have a good selection of bikes, tools, tires, tubes and other consumables. Accessories are hit and miss although you might be surprised what you find (and don’t find!).
Owner (Aaron) is a super nice guy and often in the shop.

If you haven’t been here in a while check it out. New owner, Aaron is great. Just had a bike repaired, reasonable flat rate and parts prices! Best part is they are not condescending like the other shop a few miles south. I intend to do as much of my bike business as possible here.

Because Aaron, the shop owner, is such a great listener, he steered us exactly to the bikes that fit our needs. We are extremely happy with our purchase, both the bicycles and the experience shopping there.

I was searching for a way my son with disabilites could ride with us. He is to big for a trailer & a child seat. I researched on-​line and found the whee-​hoo trailer. I was excited to find that Fritz carried the item. I called and the next day they had the whee-​hoo put together and waiting. I ended up going back to buy my daughter a new bike as well as having my bike serviced! Fritz & Aaron as well as one other emplyee I met (sorry I did not catch his name) where all amazing, knowlegeabe and sweet to my children. Over all great experience. Not a bad word comes to my mind when I think of the many times I have visited the store in the past month!

Good shop. Friendly owner and employees. Good prices on new bikes. Smaller selection, but they make up for it with service.
