My experience with this company was even worse than awful, it was insulting. First, the person coming to do the estimate called me and tried to cancel the appointment because he was stuck in traffic and told me he had other appointments. This was after I had moved around meetings at work to accommodate the appointment. Then, when he got to my house and knocked at the door, he was trying to leave before I even walked down the stairs to open the door. He arrived in a station wagon with a ladder tied to the top of it and said he couldn’t look at my skylight because he didn’t have the proper equipment with him. Then he told me he was annoyed that he had to come to my house because he didn’t schedule the appointment, his brother did. I would NEVER hire this company because of their lack of professionalism and seeming inability to even perform a simple estimate.
