Oh my goodness yes yes yes! Helen is super wonderful and really sweet. I went to see her for the first time a few weeks ago. I knew my muscles were tight but I didn’t know how tight until I got there. From head to toe she released all the tension in my body. She really took the time to listen to my concerns. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is looking for a massage that is done with care and consideration. Thanks Helen!

Helen’s massage is super. She knows how to work out the knots and kinks, and her techniques are pleasantly varied. She pulls from her experience to give a massage that is highly effective yet doesn’t make you feel like you’re getting run over by a Mack truck. The end result is pain relief and deep relaxation. I highly recommend her.
