Dr. Michael Shustak graduated from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA in 1994, and continued on to receive his D.M.D. degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2000. After graduating from Tufts in 2000, he then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry post-​doctoral residency at Keesler Air force Base, home of the 81^st Training Wing. He completed active duty service in The Air Force in 2003 and entered private practice.

Dr. Shustak is an active member of the Worcester District District Dental Society, Massachusetts Dental Society, The Academy of General Dentistry and The American Dental Association. He has completed advanced training at the L.D. Pankey Institute and Spear Education. He is a founding member of the original Spear Study Club.

Dr. Shustak resides in Shrewsbury with his wife Kerrin and their three children. He is active in the community and coaches ice hockey, softball and baseball.
