I have been using New System for over 15 years. David is knowledgeable and totally reliable. We have had various issues pop up on our property from mice to a large bees nest in the wall of our house. David handled all problems in a timely manner. He is also kid/​pet and environmentally cautious.

I had a serious problem on my hands. A bald-​faced hornets nest the size of a basketball where the kids play. And they were angry and dive bombing us. I called around, the prices varied from $ 135 to 235.00, and I had to wait for my appointment which did not work because we could not go out the door!
He promptly returned my call, came out exactly when he said, in one hour. He was like the «bee whisperer». Walked right up to the nest, squirted away the chemical on the nest and really saturated it. He didn’t get stung even though the bees were going wild. I was impressed. He is the owner operator and seems very nice. The best part? $ 95.00. I was happy!
