On Top Roofing

At first it took a while to get in touch with someone in regards to the price quote we received. But now we are finally starting to get everything going. Took a while, with multiple phone calls and emails but as of now everything is going good. I only gave 3 stars due to how long it took to get in contact with someone. Took a few weeks before we got a phone call back just to discuss the next steps to getting the roof and gutters done. But once everything is done I will update my review as far as how everything came out.

We called Tim at On Top Roofing in a panic because ice damns were causing water to leak into several rooms. The crew came over quickly, removed the ice damns, shoveled and removed more ice they found under the snow. They were quick, professional and responsive. Great job!

We had a few estimates done before On Top Roofing and Tim was the ONLY one who knew why our previous roof was literally rotting away only 13 years into its 50 year advertised lifetime. Not only that, he did not try to convince us that some of the underlying parts needed replacement like the others did – the shingles were the obvious problem! His price was better than the others and he won us over with his honesty and knowledge.
Besides Tim’s easy manner, trustworthiness, and knowledge, his CREW was top notch. They were quick and efficient and so respectful and polite. Whenever we were home, made sure to come down and ask what we thought of the progress and actually **thanked us** – several times! – for giving them the work. Their genuine gratefulness was so unexpected and really appreciated.
For the price, the knowledge, the trust, the efficient and polite crew, and the quality of the workmanship, we were beyond impressed. I only wish I could give them more stars!
