Palace Pizza

Sounds like they have really good pizza. However, since they didn’t answer the phone when I called 2−3x to place order, I guess I’ll never find out. Other reviewers noted this was a problem.
Look, I know good help is hard to find, but if you can’t hire someone to cover the phones, you should at least set up on-​line ordering.

Called 4 different times today between noon and 5 pm. No answer. I won’t bother trying again.

This is the onlyplace I’ve found that has the stuffed pizza– which I found really cool. It’s like a cross between a calzone and a pizza. It definitely gives them an edge if you’ve looking for something different!
My dad and I walked in and it was pretty early in the day– and we only wanted a slice each– and of the stuffed variety. He didn’t have any made up and plus we were on a deadline trying to make a movie.
Despite that he said it was absolutely not problem to whip up two slice sin ten minutes for us– points for great customer service. In no more than ten minutes we had our slices in front of us! And they were great!
One slice of the stuffed pizza is very filling, good price, great customer service. I’d recommend it.

Palace makes some wicked good subs. My top two are the Fenway and the Palace Sub. The pizza is typical nothing to kiss a$$ about. The prices are decent.

Why would you eat anywhere else for pizza?! The menu is AMAZING. I’ve never been disappointed. Always something new to try but the classics are always above average too! Try the buffalo chicken pizza, just delish! Or the chicken Cesar pasta. Yum! Friendly. Quick. Delicious! However, take out in the summer it gets HOT!

The BBQ chicken pizza was amazing I would highly recommend it. The staff was friendly and my order was ready for pick up in fast and all the food was great. Can wait to try more things on the menu.

What is up with these places not answering the phone. You’re supposed to be open for another few hours and decide that you don’t want business? I would understand if it were a holiday or snowing, but it isn’t. I can’t be bothered to order from places that aren’t reliable. Clearly I’m so annoyed by this, I felt the need to head to Unilocal to share my frustration. This will be the last time I ever (try) to call you to order.

Ordered pizza, bread sticks and zucchini sticks last night for delivery. The first time the delivery girl came she only brought the pizza then apologized and said she would go back and get the other 2 items. When she came back she only brought thd bread dticks. Ridiculous… and the pizza is very generic quality at best.

Palace still ranks #1 in the area for pizza.
The pizza, sandwiches and other items are always made with fresh and tasty ingredients, all for a fair price.
It is several notches up from other local spots.
This is Italian style not greek style pizza.
The building is not much to look at buy you won’t be disappointed with the food.
Heck, everytime I am there the Auburn Police have crossed the town line for their dinner.

Ordered many times from here. Staff are friendly and the food tasty.

It’s no Santarpios or Regina but it’s the best pizza outside of Boston.

pretty gooood — but not the best yet. I’m still looking for that NY style pizza. First pizza I ordered was the palace special — they put too much meat on it. ick ick. but then I ordered their pepperoni — mucccch better. i’ll definitely be ordering from them again

Read about them in one of the local papers and then here on Unilocal and had to check them out. A little short on time, I called ahead for a sub to go. Having checked out the menu ahead of time, I had already picked out what I wanted, and ordered a Palace Sub, roast beef, turkey, bacon, lettuce, onion and tomatoes. Thinking a bit outside the box, I ordered it on garlic bread which the call taker happily agreed to.
I arrived about ten minutes after ordering and was happy my sandwich was ready to go. I knew I had made a good choice as soon as I picked up my food off the counter and felt the weight of it. I was not disappointed as it tasted great too. My only disappointment is that the meat was not hot, as that’s how its presented on the menu.
Nothing fancy inside though there are about a half dozen tables for those wishing to dine in. There is some parking on the side and a lot behind the building.
Based on my experience and the other reviews here, I feel the need to stop here in the future to try the pizza.

Perhaps one of the best Pizza Places in Worcester. Its a very unique pizza, the only time I had a pizza with pieces of melty cream cheese on it. Try the Barbeque Chicken and the Veggie!

Really enjoyed the grilled BBQ chicken pizza. It has some sweet BBQ sauce and chucks of garlic cream cheese which are really rich. I tried their regular pizza as well but it is not as good. The grilled pizza has a different crust, it is thinner and crispy. I assumed all the pizza had the same crust and grilled just meant they through it on the grill for a few but this is not true. Grilled pizza of your choosing and you will enjoy.

I’m updating b/​c it’s been 3 years and this is still our go-​to pizza place. Always tasty, always friendly, and they have added desserts!

4.99. Super nice guys own and operate this place, and sell tasty food.
Get a grilled pizza, or a large sandwich (not really large but pretty cheap), or a wrap…
YOU HAVE TO GET A CHICKEN CAESER WRAP OR A GRILLED PIZZA. SO GOOD. SO. Good.
Eat in there, order it for delivery, just give this place business.
The grilled pizza is less than $ 10 and can feed 2.5 people easily. It’s really more like a few sandwiches.
Speaking of sandwiches, get some spicy ranch dressing.
Or get a chicken caeser salad wrap. GET IT. It has bacon in it. So good. MAN it’s good.

I would just like to say that it’s been two years since I’ve lived in Worcester and I still crave the BBQ Chicken Pizza from this place!

The special and cheese pizzas had really good flavor. The flavor and texture of the crust was amazing. Great handtossed pizza that I wish I could replicate. Not the best pizza I’ve had, but it’s the best I’ve had in Worcester so far.

Great place, try the BBQ chicken pizza. There is nothing like it.
FYI The place is a cop hangout with Auburn, Worcester, and state police getting food there regularly. So be careful if you roll up after having more than a few.
