Description

Specialties

We are the ONLY boot camp in the Worcester area designed and directed by Physical Therapists. If you’re looking for a safe fitness program to help you get in shape, lose weight and have fun, you’ve found it… Last year our boot campers lost over 400 pounds and dropped over 30 dress/pants sizes!

We guarantee that we are the most cost effective boot camp without sacrificing quality. Compare us with the other sites… Adventure Boot Camp, Power Boot Camp, and X Core Fitness. No need to buy weights, tubing or exercise mats. No lifting picnic tables and park benches or using playgrounds for equipment… we have all the equipment you need right here in our own gym. But, if you find a boot camp in Worcester that costs less, we’ll match their pricing.

Our programs can be tailored to help any individual reach any goals they might have and we welcome all ages and levels of fitness to join us. We have currently have individuals from ages 17 to 72 enrolled in our boot camp.

History

Established in 2008.

As a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, I noticed an increase in injuries from people participating in other boot camps because of large groups, lack of instruction and attention to form. I decided to start my own boot camp with an emphasis on form, function, safety and small class sizes in order to help people get healthy and fit the RIGHT way. We seem to have found the right formula as we currently have over 70 people enrolled in our program and have lost over 400 pounds in our first year!

If you’re interested in seeing how we are different, feel free to stop by and check out a class. Contact me at paul@peakfitnessworkouts.com to set up a day and time to come watch.
