Great dress selection. Customer service great until you talk to the manager. Great place to buy a dress but go elsewhere for alterations. Went three times for alterations and every time they did not complete what they were supposed to. Hem was choppy and they had excuses for it not being done.

Qlook has a great wedding dress selection and friendly staff. Owner was extremely nice and helpful getting in and out of dresses, accessorizing and helping pull new styles. They also helped me find some options for my bridesmaids, so many nice affordable dresses.

Came here with a friend to get a mani & pedi. They used the same instruments on person after person with no cleaning or sterilization in between. No cleaning of the pedicure tubs between clients either. I had to ask for the the tools the lady used on the person before me to be cleaned before she used them on me too. She reluctantly agreed :(

I went here for a prom dress on a whim and was very impressed. Everything was organized by size & style. The girls were very helpful, and not pushy at all. Walk ins were welcome and everything was very reasonably priced. No additional charge to have a new dress ordered and I was told that alterations were $ 20 for bottom hemming and around $ 15 to be taken in on the sides. I would definitely recommend this place!
