Rotman’s Furniture and Carpet Store

We needed a new mattress, and visited another furniture store in Westborough, before heading to Rotman’s. The difference between the two was light night and day. At Rotman’s we had a salesman (Don K.) who was there for 36 years, who didn’t try to upsell on something we didn’t need or want, got us much better prices than B&P’s, on a 100% brand name mattress that was perfect for our needs, with free delivery and free removal (!) Don was a salesman, that didn’t act like one. A+ experience all the way. Thank you Rotman’s! Any chance you guys can sell me my next car???

Upon visiting two times as we live more than an hour and a half away, we’ve experienced not so great customer service when searching for furniture. The store is quite expansive and would take all day to look through everything fully. However, almost no one from the staff was willing to help and when we finally asked for such in determining from where the rug we wanted came from, the response we got was, «I don’t know.» Later, upon talking with the manager, he gave us his business card with a link to the site that supposedly went into detail about our rug but that link didn’t work.
Anyway, it’s their loss since we decided not to buy or visit them anytime soon. Did I mention that they only offer free shipping for local customers? You know what they say, commercials are never 100% accurate.

We recently visited Rotmans Furniture because were in need of replacing a mattress. Totally unsure of what we wanted, the manager of the mattress department assisted us. He explained the differences between each and every mattress that was in our price range and was very patient while we tested them all. Once we decided on a mattress the delivery was scheduled. The delivery guys were on time, courteous and efficient! I am rating this furniture store with a 5 star — the service was above and beyond excellent. Check it out… there are several floors for furniture, mattresses, rugs and even a loft.

STOP!!! You MUST shop here. OMG! So much fun, and such a great environment and the service is way better than any other furniture store. ;-) Best thing to do here is just walk in, and see what jumps out at you, which would enhance your life and your living spaces. Really… it is a must store, even if it is a lookielook ;-) Enjoy… oh… and ask for their expert advise.

Rotmans Furniture can be summed up as «It doesn’t get better than this» because of the selection, the knowledge of the sales staff and their high standards of only selling quality furniture. The reason why I can praise Rotmans Furniture with certainty is that I’m a manufactures rep in the furniture industry who travels to more stores in one month than most people see in two lifetimes. Rotmans Furniture gets it because in order for the furniture to have lots of value, their assortment must be made up of high quality furniture at great prices. Over the years I have bought furniture there for my own home.

I bought a living room set at Rotmans they had to exchange due to a. There was no problem with the exchange of the set. When I went to return the set my salesperson was not available and I was lucky enough to have Brian Healy assist me. This young man spent over 2 hours making sure I had the set I wanted my credit was correct and delivery of my new set was convenient for me. I was upset going in however Brian greeted me as I entered the department listen to my problem and solve my issue. I am a realtor and sales are all about great customer service. If you want Superior customer service the next time you shop at Rotmans ask for Brian Healy by name I know you will not be disappointed.

We wanted to celebrate our 25^th Anniversary by buying ourselves a new bedroom set. We happened upon a great salesperson in the bedding department who guided us through our options to help us choose the right mattress which turned into a surprising purchase of an adjustable bed. He gave us his business card and it turned out we had the pleasure of working with David Rotman!
Later we browsed the bedroom sets and happened to cross paths with David again on the stairs. He showed us a beautiful Amish set that we fell in love with on the spot. Unfortunately when the set was delivered, we discovered that the foot board and rails didn’t fit the adjustable bed base. I contacted David to let him know what happened and he was just as surprised to hear it didn’t fit because he had taken all the measurements himself the day we purchased the bedroom set. He offered his sincere apologies and made sure that we received full credit for the returned items. While we were disappointed in the outcome, we were still very pleased with our new furniture.
A couple of months later David called to say my problem had stuck with him and he wanted to make it right for us. He contacted the Amish mfg company and ordered a set of custom rails that would attach to the foot board. Thanks to his efforts to make the situation right, we have a complete bedroom set.
Since then I’ve purchased a leather living room set for my new home along with a custom kitchen buffet. All of the salespeople that I worked with for these purchases were professional, knowledgeable and didn’t rush me through the decision making process.
My positive experiences along with the dedication of customer satisfaction working with David Rotman are the reason why I am giving them a five-​star review.

After weeks of perusing options, to be followed by extensive deliberation, and the final scheduling of all concerned, the professional flooring crew arrived with our new wall-​to-​wall carpeting. They recalled placing the outgoing carpeting ten years ago, which suggests low turn-​over, a good sign to anyone familiar with today’s fluid job market. Their attention to detail and unmatched ability to complete the job within their stated timeframe allowed us a relaxed morning out of the way. When we returned, we found an immaculate home, new flooring at a reasonable price, and the old carpeting removed as arranged. We are customers for life!

A great store with terrific deals and they were very helpful. In my case, David R was very knowledgeable and I’m sure he’ll help you too if you mention the wild boar. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing. I recently moved into a new place and I wanted to furnish it from top to bottom. I started off by going to the store’s website and found several pieces of furniture that I really liked. Turns out Rotman’s is literally the largest furniture store in New England, which means there are even more options to choose from in the store. I was so impressed by the sales staff. They were so helpful and I’m really glad that I heard about this place. I recommend it to anyone (even if you have to drive a little distance to get there, it’s worth it).

Went to Rotmans first week of September and bought a sofa and love seat. It was during Labor Day weekend sale and the sales associate Bryan H. Was great! Let us browse at our leisure but was there any time we had a question.
Couch and sofa were delivered quickly and guys were extremely courteous and professional.
A few weeks after delivery, I realized my love seat was broken along the frame. We had only say in it once or twice and it was creaky but hadn’t noticed the break. Called Rotmans in a panic thinking this was going to be such a hassle and was so bummed I didn’t notice it sooner. The customer service center was AMAZING! The women on the phone was so friendly and empathetic. She said it was no problem and could get someone there right away to swap it out with a new one. I couldn’t believe it! No hassle at all. New piece was delivered this morning and the two guys again were awesome!
This is my first purchase at Rotmans but will certainly be the first of many. Thanks so much for a great experience! Service level here was outstanding.

I have been to Rotmans several times and every time we go we are not disappointed
We have bought rugs flooring furniture and now a memory foam bed
They have a great selection and the salesman (John saffron) was not pushy and very nice
We went with the local assembled (mill bury) evaya memory foam line and are very please, it’s all natural, no off gasing, latex, thick and wonderful
We also went to sleepys where prices were higher and salesman was pushy
All i can say is maybe lower prices a little more

There is a reason Rotman’s has been around as long as it has. Moving into a new home can be stressful, but we found their sales staff helpful and the selection allowed us to find nearly everything we needed in one place. We didn’t purchase carpet there, but found the selection impressive and prices competitive so would consider returning for that. Will definitely be stopping in after our next remodel!

I was visiting a friend of mine in Weston, and we went to Rotman’s to get some things for his new house. The service was exceptional (especially in a biz that’s not known for it) and I don’t think either of us could have asked for a better selection or better prices. Seriously — why go anywhere else?!

Everybody in this part of the country knows about Rotmans. Buying from them has become a tradition in plenty of families. I was hanging out with a couple of friends the other day and it turned out everyone had bought a mattress there.

This is a review for a mattress I purchased a about 18 months ago. The store had a huge selection, so much so I made a second trip to finalize my decision.
It ultimately came down to the Bellagio by Serta which was on sale for $ 799! I’m very happy with the mattress and think I got a great deal. I also had delivery and pickup of my old mattress included.

I had some good karma here yesterday so I promised to write a review thanks to the helpful staff!
I bought a dining room table/​chair recently and opted to pick it up myself. I checked their website, saw they were open until 9 pm, and made the drive from Boston to Worcester to get my table (1:45 in traffic)! Arrived at 7:30 pm only to realize that I looked at the store hours, not the warehouse pick-​up hours. Totally not their fault because it clearly states the hours on the receipt for pick-​up.
So I went into the showroom and asked if there was any way they could help me out. The woman called over the manager, who found a guy in sales, who rummaged through the warehouse to find my table. He wheeled it out through the showroom floor and into my car. Saved me another trip back to Worcester because of my own error.
I also bought a living room set (couch, chair, ottoman, and end tables) through them. They’ve held up well over the past two years. Definitely check out this place if you’re doing the Jordan’s /​Bob’s /​Bernie’s circuit.
