Our alarm went off for over a minute because we couldn’t turn it off on time so, we were waiting for a phone call from Smith & Wesson to make sure that we were ok but we never received the phone call. The second time that happened, I called them to ask why they didn’t call and they said they only received one alert and are sorry that they didnt’ call and told me «usually our clients call us if we don’t call them». Well, if it was a REAL burglary… do they think I’d have the time to call?! So much for paying monthly for an alarm to feel safe. I couldn’t even cancel because I’m under a 3 yr contract, which won’t expire for another 2 years. Do not use this company because this has obviously happened before from what I heard from their customer service.
