Humans are built to move, but also to think. That’s why I created Soothe Massage Therapy: to help people keep their muscles happy and healthy enough to keep moving in comfort, but also to educate them along the way.
I utilize a combination of Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point modalities. What does that mean? Ultimately I strive for full, smooth, deliberate work customized for your specific goal, whether that is recovery and increased range of motion from a repetitive use injury or relaxation and comfort to alleviate stress and anxiety woes.
I work both in my office for private sessions as well as onsite for sporting events (I have worked at the Boston Marathon 2012, 2013; Worcester Marathon 2012; Cape Cod Marathon 2012; Marine Corps Marathon 2013; Canal Digger’s 5K 2012, 2013.) and corporate chair/table massage events.
History
Established in 2012.
Soothe Massage Therapy was established as and continues to be a solo practice, but collaborates with other practitioners for sporting events and onsite work.
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
Hi there! I’m Jenn.
While my interest in anatomy and bodywork began back when I attended Boston University where I took Anatomy and Neuroanatomy, it wasn’t until after I worked in data analytics for 15 years that I returned to my love of how the body works and heals. Massage allows me to combine my love for analytical thinking and problem solving with my interest and fascination with human anatomy and physiology.
I received my massage training at Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. My training was a blast and continues to be so. I was also certified in Pregnancy/Postpartum Massage by MotherMassage® and am pursuing Whitney Lowe’s Orthopedic Massage Specialist certification. Back in April 2013, I attended the International Massage Therapy Research Conference in Boston. So. Much. FUN. (See? I really am a bit of a geek. Must. Learn. MORE!)
Other loves? My family. My runs. Belting out a good song. And food. I REALLY love food. (Hey, a girl’s gotta eat. It may as well be good.)
