The location is crap, but the food not so much. They have pretty good homemade Mexican food, and the staff is wicked nice and friendly. However, I really don’t see where all these five star reviews are coming from. I didn’t feel the food was anything to write home about.

The best tacos I have ever had! Honestly, I have never left a place as satisfied and happy as I left Tacos Mexico. Plus the people who work there are very friendly! Go get some tacos from Tacos Mexico!

Definitely the hidden gym in the Greendale Mall! I had the chicken quesadilla and the pork tamales. Would recommend them each!

I stopped here on my lunch break to grab a water, spotted this little gem in a dead mall. I was skeptical at first. Had the best chicken burrito ever! There area was clean, food was fresh. Servers were pleasant. Price was a steal, $ 7.45 with a water. I left pleasantly satisfied.

I was skeptical at first, but after one bite of my cheese quesadilla I knew I had made the right choice. My cheese tamale was surprisingly tasty and the horchata was good. Plus, the only other option in this so called«food court» is a Chinese food place. go for the Mexican food.

This place is awesome, finally a reason to go to greendale mall. The food is phenomenal, and relatively cheap. Service is fast, and you can tell that they appreciate your business.

Wow who would have thought the ghost town of the Greendale Mall would gave a great taco joint in the food court! Good food made fresh by family owned business. Hot sauces were HOT, I’m sweating as I write this. Definitely stop by and have a 2.00 taco.

We stopped in the empty Greendale Mall for DSW and stopped here to try the guac and pico de gallo. It was homemade and delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try the tacos!

Wow. I live in NYC and San Diego so eat I eat a lot of Mexican food. The burrito here ranks a strong A– Keep in mind that the meats are pre cooked and tend to stew in their juices, not a bad thing but don’t expect crispy roasted carnitas or seared asada. When I pointed out that the portion of meat seemed a little skimpy the server pretty much doubled it up. The sauces are good and hot and the pico de gallo had a neat sweet taste to contrast the onion and heat. I am loving that pico de gallo. The mall is ultra depressing and close to empty but there was a line here made up of gringos y Latinos which moved pretty quickly. Excellent find almost as good as the trucks in New Haven and definitely the best I’ve had in Worcester.

This is as close to SoCal or Mexico as you can get for a taco shop in the Northeast US. The flavors are perfect, they have HORCHATA, and they can customize any burrito you request. They gave me a true Carne Asada Burrito with only guac, pico and steak. It was the bomb! That’s how you get it in every taco shop in San Diego. They even have the tamales, and sweet breads(conchas) you would find from a panaderia. Definitely a little gem here in Worcester that is on my top 5 list outside of SoCal. :)

This place is way better than you would expect from the Greendale Mall. Don’t let that scare you away. The food is top notch and it’s an easy in and out when you park on the other side of the garage near the show outlet. $ 2 tacos all kinds. I’m partial to the shrimp, although I haven’t tried them all. The tacos dorados are also delicious and another good deal at 3 for 3.79. Give This place a try, highly reccomnended. I don’t even go to the mall, just the taco place!

This is the real deal. If you want real Mexico this is it. In a little mall that seems closed. Right in the food court. Restaurant is immaculately clean and the food is as authentic as it gets. Don’t treat this as mall food. It is a destination in itself. Muy excelente!!!

This little spot is in greendale mall which is a dead mall but OMG these tacos are amazing! I think the best tacos I’ve ever eaten! I would seriously go to the crappy Greendale Mall just to eat these tacos! They’re so good! I got the shrimp soft taco and the steak soft taco with guacamole, mild salsa topping, cilantro and cheese and omgoodness it was heaven. They’re only $ 2.00 a taco and you can choose from a variety of different meats, different salsas. Ah, I think I may have to go get some now after writing this review. Lol

This is a sad mall. It’s depressing to walk through here, but there is a nice little diamond in the rough. tacos Mexico looks like a mom and pop shop. there’s a sort of charm to it but more importantly the food is quite good. You might ask: try mall Mexican food??? Do I want to be punished by the porcelain later tonight?! Well have no fear; this place is pretty legit. I had myself a nacho plate with all the trimming. I topped it with lengua. Beautiful succulent lengua. It must be tough to do business in this mall. I hope people who do stop by take a look at tacos Mexico and give it a whir. I suggest they do a cross company promotion and make some American Chinese Mexican tacos with their neighbor stirfry 88. Why not give it a whir? *the al pastor is stewed. Not a fan. I like al pastor grilled *salsa is good. And spicy. * lengua. Lenguuuuaaaaaa. At the mall??? Awesome.

I was in for the shock of my life because in Greendale mall. I didn’t think I could get genuinely good Mexican food as I got from this place, if your want to treat you need to go there and check them out. I could taste every ingredient in my burrito, guacamole was nice, cilantro came through. I can’t say enough about how nice the food was and the service was nice and the people were very pleasant.

Went here tonight for dinner after out of curiosity, since this is as near as I can tell the only Mexican place in North Worcester. Was rewarded with delicious tacos and a desire to go back for more! The menus is simple, tacos, burritos, tamales, quesadillas and lonches. You can have them with chicken, beef, pork or lengua. Everything is cheap, tacos are $ 2 each no matter the filling and there’s nothing on the menu for more than $ 8. All the food is madel from scratch right in front of you, just like Chipotle, but the food, is miles ahead of Chipotle. The pork tacos are bold and flavorful, and come with two corn tortillas each, just as you would get from any authentic hole in the wall taqueria. Make sure to get the salsa verde with them as well, it adds the right amount of spice and bite to the tender pork. North Worcester’s first authentic Mexican place is a home run, and I can’t wait to taste the rest of the menu.
